Two bedrooms with queen size beds (one with a private half bath) a full bathroom, and washer & dryer all on the first floor.The second floor features a loft area, and a bedroom with a full size bed, TV with Roku and a DVD player, as well as a futon.The deck features a firepit with seating for 4, a patio dining table for 4, and a propane grill.There is ample parking for vehicles and trailers, so bring your ATV's or rent from one of the many local vendors in Hill City.
