Welcome to Wildflower Cabin!Newly renovated summer 2023. Four season classic family cabin keeping the wonderful charm. We have everything you’d need for a perfect getaway! After a long day of having fun in the sun or on the slopes you will enjoy the warm, clean, rustic interior with modern amenities. Enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful screened in porch and unwind after a long day of adventure with a nap or glass of wine. Spend your nights by the large fire pit toasting marshmallows or playing a board/card game.The cabin is located off a private dirt road feeling so remote. Our interior includes new fully stocked kitchen with appliances, which offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds, and one pull out trundle bed (for a small child or adult). Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for amazing good night sleep. Please note all mattresses are new 2023. The bathroom has beautiful white shiplap, everything is new. Please note the shower is 32x32. New extra large outdoor shower installed May 2024. BBQ picnic table area with gas grill for your use. Sprawling backyard for yard games, cornhole and stargazing. * bed linens and bath towels included2 kayaks with life vests, beach toys, beach umbrella. (no beach towels)The property has access to a gated private boat launch on Sebago Cove at the end of road (direct lake parking available) downhill with beach area, covered pavilion and grass picnic area, which connects to Sebago Lake, for anyone that would like to bring their watercraft! Please request a key to gain access to the locked boat launch. *Please review lake and cove rules and regulations as well as clearance levels under the bridge off Sebago Rd.* Our waterway brings you out to Sebago Lake and a short cruise will get you to Sebago Lake State Park’s Sandbar. Venture through The Lock system and gain access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake as well. *Renters responsibility to know Maines boating rules and regulations on all waters ways.Minutes to downtown Naples Causeway, 2.7 miles, where you can find excellent restaurants, shopping, jet ski & boat rentals, public boat docks, seaplane rides, ice cream, live music, a day beach and so much more! The Cabin at Sunshine was recently remodeled to give the home a relaxed, lake feeling with unobstructed views of Long Lake. All new mattresses and appliances throughout the cabin. A new Webber grill is outside for those days when you want to spend every second outside.Sturdy Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a fire pit sit on the beach's edge. The deck overlooks Long Lake and has a fan, comfy cushioned seating, and a small table to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.You will find brand-new matresses and bedding at the cabin. Please upply your own beach and bath towels.2 kayaks and one paddleboard await you to simply push off into 11-mile Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and beyond. Please use the watercraft responsibly and at your own risk.Walk less than half of a mile into downtown Naples for ice cream, cocktails, shopping, entertainment, boat rentals, and dinner. The town boasts with activities, rent a jet ski, take a ride in the seaplane or just sit and relax in the serenity of the lakes and mountains. Supermarket 5 min away. Casino 20 minutes away North Conway as well as the Maine Coastline is with-in 40 minutes. If coming for fall foliage you will not be disappointed, stop by Fryberg fair, check for dates, stroll into many of the antique shops in the area, go apple picking or visit a farmstands, something to do for everyone. Adorable 1 bedroom with a loft that your kids will love. Bringing extra guest- don't worry there is a great futon in the living area that pulls out to a double bed. Wonderful views of Long Lake.This cabin has been redone-down to the studs- to give the cabin an elevated lake-side, relaxed feeling. We've had the opportunity to design every detail of the cabin with the Long Lake water view in the forefront of the design. The sandy beach and shallow-entry lakefront are just steps from the cabin. Spend your days on the property swimming, digging in the sand, around the firepit, or playing cards at the picnic table. If you're looking to explore, walk to downtown Naples on the sidewalk for ice cream, live music, shopping, dinner out, and drinks.
