The upstairs has a huge loft for gaming, sleeping hanging out. Lots of room for parking vehicles or a boat in the driveway. Huge deck to grill, hangout, have a fire. Set back from all the kayos but close enough to be there with in 5 minutes. We are part of a great little private community called Balmoral. We are one mile from a private beach that sits on the great Lake Winnipesaukee. Boat launch for your convenience. This beach has a volleyball net, bocce ball court. Bring your corn hole boards to the beach! There is a playground behind the clubhouse as well as a tennis court. Basketball courts are a few streets away. Such a vacation destination for all seasons. Plenty todo within the area as well as 30-40 minutes away. Summer and winter fun for all let’s book today! We have cameras in outside in the front and back of the house. It creates sound but we cannot hear you.
