Meadow View is a recently renovated and well-appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom chalet on a level lot. It includes a sizable but cozy loft and a two-car garage.Air Conditioning was installed in 2022.The property comfortably sleeps six adults, and nearly every window offers unobstructed views of the beautiful meadow or forest. Surrounded by Forest Service or Conservancy lands on both sides, this home is a peaceful getaway, perfect for families and friends. This is NOT a party house. It is a family neighborhood with full-time residents. Noise travels across the meadow and can disturb residents. We have a strict noise and light policy (10 pm to 8 am) out of respect for our neighbors and El Dorado County regulations. The first floor has a kitchen planned for guests who enjoy cooking; the kitchen is well-equipped. The kitchen is open, and the cook is not isolated from other guests. The dining area has a large table that seats eight. The living area features a gas-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and stunning views of the vast open meadow. There are two bedrooms, a fully renovated bathroom, and a laundry area with a newly installed large-capacity washer and dryer. The cabin has a tankless water heater for endless hot water!Upstairs, you will find an open-beam ceiling, a large bedroom with a small balcony, a bathroom, a loft area with stunning views, comfortable seating, a pull-out queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an open space with plenty of room to lounge or play. If traveling during the winter carry snow chains if you do not have 4wheel drive. We live on the outskirts of town and the plows can be slow to come out to the side roads if the storms are very big!SNOW REMOVALWe have a contract for driveway snow removal. Our snow removal operations will begin once a day after snowfall accumulation's reach 4-6 inches or greater on our route. We have no control of when the come to plow our driveway. We have shovels in the entry to clear steps and driveway if required.CAUTION: Exercise extreme caution as areas may be slippery and icy before and after snow removal operations have taken place.The County of El Dorado plows the roads outside of the city limits. Berms created after snow removal operators have cleared a driveway will be removed on their next snow clearing day.Snow removal contracts only covers the driveway and within two feet of any structure/car.
