We're located just 30 minutes outside Duluth, MN, but when you're here you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. While you're here you'll have access to our enormous sandy beach on Lake Superior. The beach is a 15-minute walk from the cabin, and is absolutely stunning. Here are a few things you'll want to know before you book this cabin: - The cabin is clean, comfortable, and elegant, but still quite rustic. The cabin is available year-round, with a propane fireplace for your main source of heat. It has electricity, but no running water. In the kitchenette is a water dispenser for washing & drinking. Adjacent to the cabin is your own private low-odor outhouse that has a little heater and a light you can turn on from inside the cabin. Just a one-minute walk from the cabin is the main lodge, which has public restrooms for showers and flushing toilets. - There is no drive-in access to this cabin. You can unload your vehicle about a one or two-minute walk from the cabin. We offer hand carts and/or utility sleds for bringing luggage to the cabin. After you've unloaded your vehicle, we'll ask you to park your car back in the parking lot along the side of the road. - Please watch this 4-minute tour video before reserving this cabin.
