Bdrm 1 features a queen size bed. Bdrm 2 features three beds - 1 full, and 2 twin beds. A full kitchen with dining table, living room with a fireplace and two futon beds - 1 full, 1 twin. Step outside to the covered porch and relax in the rocking chairs. Seating area with fire pit, bbq grill and table-bench area are on the side patio. Each room has amazing views of the skies and canyons.The Frio River is a drive away at the base of the mountain, minutes away from restaurants and tubing outfitters by car. Call outfitters ahead of time to check the river flow. Reserve tickets for swimming the Frio ahead of time.Rancho Vista is thoughtfully curated with touches of our favorite Texas treasures, wildlife, and iconography.
