This is a beautiful hotel I only wish our plans would’ve allowed us to stay longer. The service was exceptional and friendly.

From outside inconspicuous but all the more beautiful inside!!! The staff is very attentive and accommodating, Daniele und Simone at the reception asked us every morning how we are and if everthing is fine, Luca and Santa spoiled us in the breakfast room with whatever we wanted....even when our eyes were bigger than the stomach...;-)) We had a barrier-free room with a very large balcony and sea view, the room was always clean, towels changed every day and the spa is fine as well, though you can just use it as a day spa in this special times.... We will be back next year and looking forward to seeing all the nice team members again without masks, we finally want to see their smiles too....

Ambiente signorile e pulito, perfettamente in linea con i costi. Personale professionale e disponibile. Ci tornerei di sicuro lo consiglio a chi ama il relax la pulizia e il buon gusto .ottima è colazione che , per chi fa le ore piccole può usufruirne fino a tarda mattinata . Per me ottimo

Ho soggiornato qui ma notte con mia moglie e figlia. L’hotel non è a Cesenatico ma a Gatteo, ma vabbè. Camera pulita ed in ordine ma con spazi abbastanza stretti per 3. Piccola la dolce per me che sono quasi 1,90. Letti comodi, TV con Sky (che funziona comunque male). Balconcino minuscolo affacciato a uno spazio interno, nulla di che. Mancano le luci da lettura in camera. Una menzione speciale per le colazioni, quelle so di altissimo livello, con ottima scelta e ottima qualità di dolce e salato. Personale gentile, prezzo più che onesto. Nel complesso, bene.

Spa bellísima, esperienza rovinata dal guardiano notturno, che senza Badge si è proclamato come Matteo: il signore è entrato durante un momento privato, senza chiamare al telefono né avvisare a voce della sua presenza (me ne sono accorta a causa delle ombre, chissà da quanto stava lì)… anziché scusarsi è stato maleducato e scortese durante check out. Consiglio di accertarsi della professionalità dei propri impiegati. Elemento molto losco, per così dire.

Hotel 4 stelle con stanza abbastanza ampia, letto comodo e bagno di buona metratura con doccia. Ottimamente arredata e pulita. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta per il mare Accettano i cani e forniscono ciotola e morbido cuscino x loro. Colazione molto ricca e gustosa e di alta qualità. Poca attenzione nei conti: caparra inviata come richiesto alcune settimane prima, ma al nostro arrivo non era stato comunicato dalla loro contabilità e chiedono subito il prezzo pieno a saldo, piuttosto rara come richiesta al check-in! Facciamo quindi notare la contabile del bonifico... E la questione sembra risolta. Ma il mattino seguente al nostro checkout ci viene richiesto un ulteriore saldo, più alto 🤷🏻♂️... Confusione... Sarebbe meglio controllare una volta in più, piuttosto che indispettire il cliente.

Dal sito dichiaravano "albergo di recente costruzione" balle balle e ancora balle. Abbiamo preso una suite junior, avevamo un balcone che affacciava all' interno dove riparavano le bici, il bagno non funzionava lo sciacquone, la porta d'entrata aveva problemi ad aprirsi e soprattutto la proprietaria molto poco cordiale. Che dire non ci ritornerò più.

Uno degli hotel che ti fa ricredere. Ultimamente in Italia, abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel dal rapporto qualità prezzo veramente basso. Ristrutturazione e investimento negli anni zero… poi però molti oramai chiudono e si chiedono il perché! Qui si sono aggiornati, le camere piccole ma ben fatte, il bagno con il box doccia e l’acqua che scende dal miscelatore come la desideriamo, la possibilità di fare colazione fino all’età 12.00, la spa prenotabile e altri benefit fanno di questo hotel un posto sicuro! Bravi, torneremo sicuramente 😉

Ho soggiornato presso l’hotel per una settimana a luglio in compagnia dei miei amici. Di questa esperienza non posso parlare altro che bene, sin dal primo giorno siamo stati accolti con cordialità e gentilezza; le camere comode, spaziose, il balconcino comodo e con una piccola vista sul mare nonostante gli altri hotel di fronte, la pulizia impeccabile ogni giorno (sempre presenti asciugamani di ogni tipo puliti), che dire della colazione: ricchissima e fornitissima sia la parte dolce che quella salata, i piatti caldi vengono preparati alla perfezione al momento in cucina, nulla da ridire anche il personale di sala gentilissimo e capace di mettere subito a proprio agio il cliente. La struttura bellissima, molto elegante e degna dell’aggettivo beautique con cui si presenta l’hotel. È stata una vacanza perfetta nella struttura perfetta, ringrazio tutto il personale per aver reso fantastico il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo a tutti!!!
