"Had a wonderful stay at Ixora Hotel Penang with 6 friends! We booked the 4-bedroom suite and it was perfect for our group. The best part, each room came with its own private bathroom, so no need to wait or rush in the morning. That was a real plus for us! The welcome at the reception was friendly, and the hotel room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hotel buffet good variety and delicious food. The only slight downside is that the megamall next door is nearly closed down, not much to explore there. Luckily, there’s still a Watsons and a small minimart for any essentials. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!"

The hotel offers ample parking, which made it very convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. They implemented a new parking system on the day we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly without any hassle. This time, our room was on the 14th floor, facing north. I really liked the spacious room, which had twin beds and a working table. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Overall, I highly recommend The Light Hotel for anyone visiting Penang. It combines comfort, convenience, and great service to ensure a pleasant stay. I will definitely come again."

"The place itself is very clean and neat. Easy check-in and check-out as the host will Whatsapp you the details. Towel is provided and there's a little pantry with water dispenser machine and fridge as well. The room is comfortable and toilets are clean. I totally recommend this place."

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, um am frühen Morgen einen Zug zurück nach KL zu nehmen. Was die Ausstattung angeht, bringen Sie bitte Ihre eigene Haarspülung mit – das Pflegeshampoo ist schlecht."

"Danke für den gebuchten kostenlosen Parkservice und auch für die 4 Orangen. Wurde einen Tag vorher informiert, dass das gebuchte Zimmer mit der Buchung eines anderen Kunden überlappt. Habe es ohne Diskussion akzeptiert, da ich schon müde von der Reise war. Also bekam das Zimmer ein zusätzliches Bett, aber in schlechtem Zustand. Das Bett war kaputt, als man darauf saß. Aber es wurde sofort repariert. Dann wurde ich in ein anderes Zimmer im gleichen Zustand verlegt. Meh Beide Zimmer waren voller Kakerlaken, alte Möbel, Fernseher in einem Zimmer ohne Ton, Dusche in einem Zimmer lässt sich nicht auf Temperatur einstellen und mir wurden 30 RM für ein schmutziges Bettlaken berechnet, NICHT wegen Durian, Mangostan oder Drachenfrucht. Es waren nur normale Flecken von Snacks. Habe nur bezahlt, weil ich die Nase voll hatte von allem."
