"We cannot say anything bad about this accommodation. It was an outstanding stay at the amber. We got picked up, felt very welcome, amazing and very fair prices for the meals. "Ich habe hier übernachtet, um einen Flug zum internationalen Flughafen Lombok zu erwischen.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens, sehr sauber und mit freundlichem Personal.
Allerdings gab es etwa zehn Gehminuten entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt und ich hatte Angst, die große Straße vor mir zu überqueren, die keinen Bürgersteig hatte. Es wäre toll, wenn es im Hotel einen Minimarkt gäbe.
Wenn der kostenlose Flughafentransfer ausgebucht ist, müssen Sie außerdem bezahlen. Buchen Sie daher rechtzeitig."

"I want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room.
However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named ”Airport” hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly.
I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed)

TTutukiatOur stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite!
The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted.
The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area.
Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited.

One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced in Lombok!
Lombokhouse truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed — clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for resting. There’s also strong Wifi and TV with various channels, Netflix and other entertainment.
The location was also ideal: quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to Kuta’s great cafes and beaches. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the well-kept rooms to the shared kitchen and communal spaces that made it easy to meet other travelers.
But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host and staff — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transport or sharing local recommendations.
If you’re coming to Kuta Lombok and want a stay that’s affordable, stylish, and full of heart — Lombokhouse is the place. Would absolutely come back again!

It was quiet there and peaceful. It was perfect for me. All the guests are polite and nice.
Only one thing puzzles me. I ordered the ride to the public ferry the last day when I check out. The receptionist clearly told the driver to lead me to the public ferry location. However, the driver led me to a private ferry store. I spotted the scheme by the price. And then, while the driver was there with me, I was told to give the money to another guy. He seemed to be nice and tried to help. Until later on, I realized his helps require money at the end. He asked me specific price for his help and his friend. It was an awful experience. The public ferry was literally just opposite to the private stall. And the driver specifically pointed me to the private stall. I suspect they know each other.
I felt like I was framed just because I didn’t know and asked for help.
Be careful for all the travelers to Indonesia. There are a lot of nice people here, but also be alerted for schemes.

Endlich ein Zimmer was normal riecht! Endlich!!! Ich konnte es nicht glauben !
Ich wollte nur ein Tag bleiben und habe verlängert!
Dusche mit Badewanne (sehr groß!) und Toilette in anderen großen Raum. Dusche ist fast unter freien Himmel, umgeben von Pflanzen. Ein Traum!
Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach Klasse. Die haben meine Wünsche sofort erfüllt.
Das Restaurant ist draußen und sehr schön. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und nicht teuer. Wirklich nicht! Die Portionen mittel bis groß! Die Salate, klasse!
Die Hotelbewohner, nicht zu jung nicht zu alt. Keine Familien sondern eher Gruppen von Freunden, Einzelpersonen und Paaren.
Du suchst einen Hotel in Süden Lombok, dann komm hier!
Ich werde auf jeden wiederkommen! Ich weiß, dass hier alles stimmt.

LLRoVorteile: freundliches Personal, ruhiges Resort.
Nachteile: alt und heruntergekommen. Der Kinderclub war ein Witz. Duplo-Teile waren schmutzig und staubig. Im Grunde wurde es am Pool aufgestellt, da sie ihren alten Bereich umgestalten, so dass die einzigen Spielzeuge, die sie hatten, schmutzig und kaputt waren. Nichts war wirklich organisiert. Mein Sohn freute sich auf Wasserpistolenspiele und die Wasserpistolen waren alle kaputt. Bei der Schnitzeljagd ging es darum, in der kleinen Umgebung des Pools beige Ostereier zu verteilen. Sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war überteuert und schlecht. Getränke auch überteuert. Das erfuhren wir, als wir ein Auto zu einem schönen Resort und Strand 20 Minuten entfernt mieteten und feststellten, dass das Essen köstlich war, der Preis nur 1/3 davon betrug und der Sand und der Strand dort viel besser waren. Es ist ein altes, heruntergekommenes Hotel. Wir sagen, es ist ruhig, aber in Wirklichkeit waren nicht viele Leute da. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.
The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low.
Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.
The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb.
And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

Wifi ist sehr Wochen im Gebäude, ernsthaft Verbesserungsbedarf
Frühstück ist ok, nichts besonderes.
Während der Dusche ist das heiße Wasser nicht möglich, das Wasser während der Dusche entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt.
