"Ich habe hier übernachtet, um einen Flug zum internationalen Flughafen Lombok zu erwischen.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens, sehr sauber und mit freundlichem Personal.
Allerdings gab es etwa zehn Gehminuten entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt und ich hatte Angst, die große Straße vor mir zu überqueren, die keinen Bürgersteig hatte. Es wäre toll, wenn es im Hotel einen Minimarkt gäbe.
Wenn der kostenlose Flughafentransfer ausgebucht ist, müssen Sie außerdem bezahlen. Buchen Sie daher rechtzeitig."

GGastnutzerThis villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok.

Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, wurde ich von Ardy, Ali, Rusdi und dem fantastischen Barpersonal Ari begrüßt, die dafür sorgten, dass jeder Aspekt meines Aufenthalts einfach perfekt war.
Der herzliche Empfang durch Ardy, Ali und Rusdi gab sofort den Ton für meinen Aufenthalt an und ließ mich von Anfang an wie ein geschätzter Gast fühlen. Ihre echte Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit gaben mir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein, und vermittelten mir während meines gesamten Aufenthalts ein Gefühl von Komfort und Entspannung.
Und vergessen wir nicht das fantastische Barpersonal Ari, dessen fachmännisch gemixte Cocktails und freundliches Auftreten meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten. Egal, ob ich am Pool lag oder nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen entspannte, Aris tadelloser Service und köstliche Getränke waren immer ein Höhepunkt meines Tages.
Zusätzlich zum hervorragenden Personal bietet das Resort selbst atemberaubende Aussichten, luxuriöse Unterkünfte und eine Reihe von Annehmlichkeiten, die allen Bedürfnissen gerecht werden. Egal, ob Sie Entspannung an den unberührten Stränden oder Abenteuer in der Umgebung suchen, das Amber Lombok Beach Resort bietet die perfekte Balance aus Ruhe und Aufregung.
Insgesamt hat mein Erlebnis im Amber Lombok Beach Resort alle Erwartungen übertroffen, was vor allem an der herzlichen Begrüßung durch Ardy, Ali, Rusdi und das fantastische Barpersonal Ari lag. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, in dieses Stück Paradies zurückzukehren und weitere unvergessliche Erinnerungen zu schaffen. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die einen wirklich unvergesslichen Kurzurlaub suchen.

It was quiet there and peaceful. It was perfect for me. All the guests are polite and nice.
Only one thing puzzles me. I ordered the ride to the public ferry the last day when I check out. The receptionist clearly told the driver to lead me to the public ferry location. However, the driver led me to a private ferry store. I spotted the scheme by the price. And then, while the driver was there with me, I was told to give the money to another guy. He seemed to be nice and tried to help. Until later on, I realized his helps require money at the end. He asked me specific price for his help and his friend. It was an awful experience. The public ferry was literally just opposite to the private stall. And the driver specifically pointed me to the private stall. I suspect they know each other.
I felt like I was framed just because I didn’t know and asked for help.
Be careful for all the travelers to Indonesia. There are a lot of nice people here, but also be alerted for schemes.

One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced in Lombok!
Lombokhouse truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed — clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for resting. There’s also strong Wifi and TV with various channels, Netflix and other entertainment.
The location was also ideal: quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to Kuta’s great cafes and beaches. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the well-kept rooms to the shared kitchen and communal spaces that made it easy to meet other travelers.
But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host and staff — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transport or sharing local recommendations.
If you’re coming to Kuta Lombok and want a stay that’s affordable, stylish, and full of heart — Lombokhouse is the place. Would absolutely come back again!

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer ist sauber, die Klimaanlage funktioniert und ein Safe ist vorhanden. Im Badezimmer gibt es Einweg-Pflegeprodukte (Zahnbürsten, Seife, ein Rasierset, ein Kamm). Duschgel und Shampoo befinden sich in Flaschen mit Spendern, wobei der Spender äußerst unpraktisch ist. Im Zimmer stehen Tee- und Kaffeebeutel sowie ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung und der Wechsel von Handtüchern und Toilettenpapier waren tadellos. Auf dem Gang gibt es einen Wasserspender, von dem wir Wasser für den Wasserkocher entnommen haben.
Das Frühstück war nicht übermäßig üppig, aber man konnte etwas nach seinem Geschmack finden. Es gab warme Speisen und Müsli. Waffeln, Omeletts und Spiegeleier wurden frisch vor dem Restaurant zubereitet. Der Kaffee war übrigens lecker.
Nun zu den Nachteilen: Die Schalldämmung ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Alles, was auf dem Flur passierte, war EXTREM LAUT im Zimmer zu hören. Auch die Nachbarn waren zu hören, wie sie laut sprachen, duschten oder die Toilette benutzten. Da ich geräuschempfindlich bin, musste ich Ohrstöpsel kaufen, um überhaupt schlafen zu können.
Im Großen und Ganzen: Wenn Sie nicht geräuschempfindlich sind und unter solchen Bedingungen schlafen können, dann kann ich es empfehlen.

Endlich ein Zimmer was normal riecht! Endlich!!! Ich konnte es nicht glauben !
Ich wollte nur ein Tag bleiben und habe verlängert!
Dusche mit Badewanne (sehr groß!) und Toilette in anderen großen Raum. Dusche ist fast unter freien Himmel, umgeben von Pflanzen. Ein Traum!
Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach Klasse. Die haben meine Wünsche sofort erfüllt.
Das Restaurant ist draußen und sehr schön. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und nicht teuer. Wirklich nicht! Die Portionen mittel bis groß! Die Salate, klasse!
Die Hotelbewohner, nicht zu jung nicht zu alt. Keine Familien sondern eher Gruppen von Freunden, Einzelpersonen und Paaren.
Du suchst einen Hotel in Süden Lombok, dann komm hier!
Ich werde auf jeden wiederkommen! Ich weiß, dass hier alles stimmt.

This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.
The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low.
Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.
The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb.
And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

CChenBuyuI want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room.
However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named ”Airport” hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly.
I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed)
