I very seldom write review after staying at a hotel, even though I have travelled over 50 countries.
But I must give my feedback of this hotel in Jakarta.
1. Extremely poor service from front desk.
When I made the booking, I put a note that I travel alone and wanted a queen sized bed. It turned out they allocated two single beds on first night. Okay for first night, because I arrived at 8pm.
For next two days, I requested change to a queen sized room even at 8am after breakfast, they easily told me, hotel fully booked, no availability.
Later I found out when chatting with house keeper when I checked out, very floor has equal number of twin bed and one queen sized bed. Finding another room is not a big issue.
The easiest reply from front desk is "sorry no available" because more work for them to do it.
3. The slippers in the room is reused. No new slippers available.
4. I respect every religion practice. It is ok for me as early person to wake up at 5am. One side of the hotel is facing the prayer hall which starts the prayer at 5am with loud speaker. Hotel can give ear plugs (soft cotton), but you need better equipped if you want to sleep till like 7am.
So take into consideration when make booking.
