At first there is stain on the bedsheet, asked the receptionist to change immediately. The service is good, very close to Thamrin Block C. Walkable to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. The breakfast is good, I also had spa in here.

Hotel is clean. Near to Thamrin shopping mall. Good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.

Maia Hotel was a great hotel. It’s location strategically at Jakarta. Easy to access shopping & dining area.

The location and service of the hotel are great. Things thay could be improved: 1. our room can not connect to the wifi, despite the staff coming up and helping us. I read elsewhere that a similar issue was encountered by a different guest using the same room a couple of weeks earlier. Thus, it reflects that no attempts were made to correct the issue. 2. Breakfast spread was decent. Although the buffet was opened until 10 am, most of the food was already gone by 9 a.m., and some were not even replenished. I can see that they need more staff to manage the breakfast. Overall, it was a 4/5 experience.

My love for this hotel stems from its convenience to Thamrin City Mall. Although it was only a cross-over, please be cautious as the traffic is always busy and jam-packed. The breakfast that was served was good. My family loves it! I give this hotel 10/10 overall.

The hotel location is very strategic just right the opposite of thamrin city. In front of the hotel got construction work still going on. The cleanliness can definitely be improved. There are stains on the bedsheet which means they don’t change the sheet regularly. I feel a little itch when sleeping here. The liquid gel soap could be better as well. Breakfast menus can definitely be improved, taste wise, just mehhh. How can they fail sup soto and even bubur nasi 🥲

Maia Hotel is strategically located in the centre of Jakarta city. So convenient to go to many places of attractions like Thamrin City Mall and Grand Indonesia Mall. PIK By The Beach can be reached by public transportation like Gocar or Grab. The staff are also very friendly and greet their guests well.

Quite new hotel with nice decorations. Room is functional and reasonably sized. Very good air conditioning system. Decent breakfast with choices. Staff are very friendly. Tiny swimming pool and gym provided.

Top notch location within walking distance to 2 major malls. Thamarin Mall is similar to platinum mall in Thailand for local fashion and another is upmarket Grand Indonesia Mall. However the hotel vicinity seems to be surrounded by very worn down housing so don't feel very safe in the night.

The location is strategic, and a lot of attractions are just walking distance and best suited for those who want to avoid getting stuck in a jam! Breakfast is okay but it would be better to have more varieties of food! Overall good hotel and affordable price. Just that my toilet is a bit dirty like 3/5.
