Familienfreundlich Hotels in Central Jakarta City

Das Hotel ist charmant und hat ein luxuriöses Ambiente, obwohl es bestimmte Annehmlichkeiten vermissen lässt, die man normalerweise mit Fünf-Sterne-Hotels verbindet. Beim Einchecken werden den Gästen kostenlose Getränke angeboten. Die Lobby- und Loungebereiche sind geräumig und mit wunderschöner indonesischer Kunst und Dekoration geschmückt. Das Personal ist freundlich und einladend und sorgt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt der Gäste. Auch wenn die Lage vielleicht nicht ideal ist, ist anzumerken, dass nur wenige Hotels in Jakarta eine erstklassige Lage in dieser Preisklasse bieten. Der Pool wirkte einladend, obwohl ich keine Gelegenheit hatte, ihn zu nutzen. Leider war das Fitnessstudio während meines Besuchs geschlossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und bietet eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Optionen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet und verfügen über bequeme Betten und große Badewannen.

Very bad service attitude. We booked on trip apps and showed only non smoking room available. Upon check-in, they told us that they ran out of non smoking room and only smoking room available. And there isn't any notes in our reservation that we want a non smoking room. When my friend produce the Chinese version of the apps, the lady claimed that she didn't understand, and when I use Google lens to translate it, she then reiterate that their hotel have both smoking and non smoking room and they ran out of non smoking room which isn't her fault, it's because we check in late (around 11pm). After I insist they resolve the issue immediately with trip or we escalate the issue only she proceed to get the duty manager and assigned us non smoking room. And the whole check in process took 73 minutes to complete.

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

As usual kempinski have their own standard in hospitality industry. They employed good staffs And also try to perceive what each individual needs are. How ever during this 2 nights stay only this 2 small flawed. 1. The shampoo was not in my bathroom and need to get the housekeeping to sent later. How ever probably need for the supplier to change the Color of 3 bath amenities since during busy time will be easy for them to set in the room. For your information shampoo and shower gel are same colour and the writing was very tiny. The other is during breakfast on Sunday. I know it was busy morning but I’ve ordered a new coffee and went to the smoking section to make a call and when I’ve return my table was reset and someone else have taken the table. Possible to put a signage or code for the occupancy of tables since even though the staff are well trained but some how some message was not translated as what customers wish for so I just went back to my room with only with half full stomach.

Vor 2 Wochen haben wir dieses Hotel besucht, der Rezeptionist hat uns mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, der Buchungsprozess braucht nur einige Minuten, es gibt eine komfortable Lobby für warten und sehr breite Pool. Wir reservierten Suitezimmer, weil es das größte Zimmer für uns, Mutterschaftsfoto zu nehmen und es gibt Bad mit schöner Nachtstadtblick. BBQ Abendessengeschmack war großartig mit Butterreis, verschiedene frische Fische, Sirloin Ecke, Salatbar und viele Desserts. Frühstück Geschmack ist gut und meist indonesia traditionelles Essen, sollten Sie ihre Porridge versuchen. Zahnpasta mit hoher Qualität mit gekennzeichneten Zahnpasta. Checkout Prozess sehr schnell und nachdem gehen wir zu passar bar mit 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Besonderes Dank für die Empfangs- und Restaurantpersonal für Ihre freundlichen Dienstleistungen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein, wenn es eine Chance gibt.

Das Hotel, das ich in Jakarta, Indonesien, ausgewählt habe, verfügt über ein super großes Zimmer und einen voll ausgestatteten Swimmingpool und ein Fitnessstudio. Was mich am meisten überraschte, war, dass das Hotel alle Snacks aus Südostasien zum Frühstück mitbrachte und auch die Früchte sehr reichhaltig waren.

Hotel was nice. Shame about the street it's on. Nothing of note within walking distance and the traffic was a problem. But, that's Jakarta.

Service was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Ich war für 2 Nächte hier, es war wirklich komfortabel... das Hotel ist gut, sauber, die Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung, das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich... die Lage ist auch super, das Essen ist wirklich lecker, vor allem das Schwimmen mit einem direkter Blick auf die Gebäude von Jakarta... also das neueste Erlebnis... empfohlen für Alleinreisende oder Familien... kommen Sie beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hierher...
