Illegally discriminate against service animals. See other reviews. Charged us $50 deep cleaning fee for needing to vacuum and wash the sheets. Screamed at us over the phone for not asking permission to bring my service animal. Clearly doesn't know the law. Calling to report this place first thing Monday morning as this is literally against the AODA. Do not stay here.

My husband and I spent a night, and at frist the lady at the front desk was plesent. our bed was hard and when we left the next morning we did our dishes cleaned everything and left. Later that day the phoned us telling that they will charging us $100 for leaving the beds unmade and leaving dirty towels after taking a shower, we tried to talk to her but all she did was yell and scream at my husband and belittling us we diablities. I dont recommend ever going there.

This motel is run like a home away from home for any traveller. We needed a stop and the owner was very accomodating. These are difficult times and every act of kindness should never go unnoticed. If you are ever in need of a rest stop, stay at this place. The owners actually care about you.
