Hotel Good Times Near Gangaram Hospital

Prima hotel. Deluxe kamer was niet heel deluxe, maar basic. Badkamer niet echt schoon. Maar voor Indiase begrippen een prima, veilig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel.

I stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a G Adventures tour. All I can say is that its not representative of the standard of hotel they use elsewhere in India. The location in Karol Bagh is great. The gentleman who does the housekeeping was fantastic. I don't have anything else positive to say. The first room I got (105) had no window, the door lock was wonky, the bed sheet had hair and a stain on it, the pillow (inside the pillowcase) was yellow and rancid. The TV routing box was hanging out of the wall. The cupboard under the kettle was filled with builder's rubble. The bathroom was full of black mould and there was a cockroach in the shower drain. I asked to move to another room on the second night (101) which had clearly been refurbished and was a lot nicer, but still with ancient yellow pillows. I understand the cost of rooms in Delhi is high but this hotel really, really needs fixing up to meet the standards of the other hotels we stayed in.

I had a great stay at Hotel Good Times. The room was very nice and clean. I also really enjoyed the breakfast there. Whenever I needed some assistance from the reception they were always there to help.
