1.) washroom are not clean
2.) staff behaviour is good
3.) wifi and internet are not working in room
4.)overall experience is good but need to clean washroom as well as room tv also not working.
Location are also very far from Chandni chowk

I stayed at this hotel, and the experience was good. The staff's behavior was excellent—very friendly and accommodating. However, I was charged an extra, and I have no idea why.
