FabHotel White Klove Paharganj

It's been a MEMORABLE ONE keep it up team.. WE checked-in twice in 15 DAYs.. SWATI JI & RUBBAANI JI went those extra-miles to make the experience all the more MEMORABLE.. THIS PROPERTY has been so LUCKY for ME that I GOT.. that.. What I never ever imagined even in MY DREAMs.. Keep growing all the TEAM FAB WHITE KLOVE.

My son was booked in there today for 7 nights,when he got there he was told not safe for him to stop find somewhere else he’s alone at 10am in the morning looking for a hotel never been to India before,I had paid a deposit of £30 to the hotel I am now trying to recover and they are still sending me emails to pay the full amount,I have reported them to *********** disgusting way to treat travellers.

This hotel is by far the most rude and unfriendly, i have ever seen! when asked if my luggage can stay in the room they said ok fine, no problem. After returning at 20:00 at the hotel To pick up my Luggage, they charged me 2800 rp the price of a room. They told me it was ok to stay without paying. Eventually i have been threated by several employees of the hotel, forcing me to pay the money. Lucky i had cash on me, or they wouldnt have only stolen that from me! Thank god i survived or i wasnt here to write the review anymore. Employees are very pushy from Day 1 ( i booked 1 night and payed for 2). They force you and keep insisting to do haircuts massages and aso push you into there private bar! (Which is a silly bar at itself) Very dissapoint, terriefied and shocked about how they threat me. I would never in a million years advise this hotel, not even to my Worst enemey! To all out there! Be careful!!! It is 2023, but this is real!!

Estuvimos 3 noches y el staff muy bien,serviciales, simpáticos, atentos. En el bar del restaurante puedes tomarte cervezas y la comida no está mal, bien de precio. Lo malo, cómo casi siempre que vas a hoteles de esta categoría es la limpieza tanto de la habitación como de sábanas, almohadas,etc. Les tuvimos que pedir que nos la cambiasen. Ya no basta decir que es India y vale todo, al revés el dueño tendría que entender que hay muchos aspectos de este hotel que se pueden cambiar y limpiar ya que tiene mucho potencial por ubicación, etc. Hemos estado viajando seis meses y hemos visto de todo y aunque esté hotel no está mal si que necesita ser limpiado a fondo, solo con eso ya subiría puntos.
