La Benata Beach Hotel

Terrible!!don't waste your money and nerves. absolutely disrespectful staff. especially this concerns reception. do not make any contact, requests, etc. A short, dark, not very young guy is particularly rude. From pluses - the sea. but special slippers are needed, because the entrance to the sea is made of stones. Food is normal. Especially the dinner. The refrigerator in the room does not work, the shower leaks, the bar is filled after several reminders. It's not a 5* ultra all inclusive hotel.. I will not recommend to anyone.

The miniclub impressive, our children enjoyed it a lot. The staff really helpful. The water slides nice for the children. Worth for the money. The mini bar near the sea having a very nice view.The entrance into the sea a bit difficult because of the stones.

Overall our stay was really good. Starting with things we liked the most is extremely friendly, funny, kind and one of a kind annimation team (sending kisses to Hande and Ahmed and also DJ). Next thing is that every day we had various activities, for example foam party in pool, volleyball on the beach, Aqua aerobic, and every night at 9 pm there was a show time (everyday something diferent). We also really enjoyed staff at the main restaurant, pool bar and lobby bar - sending greetings to barman Alı :) talking about the restaurant - the food was delicious, so many dishes and sides to choose from and each day something was changing so it was not boring at all. Going to the point that was not so good is reception staff. I work as a receptionist so i was slightly disappointed about the service - staff is polite but unfortunatelly they are not speaking well in english. When we had a problem with a leaking shower, unfortunately it was difficult for us to get help and solutions. The problem started the day we came to the hotel and was solved there days after. Firstly we got Keys to another room but due to the receptionist's mistake, we entered a room that was already occupied by other guests and only on the second attempt we were given the right room. This was our only unpleasant experience and that is why we give it 4 stars instead of 5. Apart from that, our stay was very enjoyable.
