Palazzo Raho

Outrageously overpriced. the A$ 300.00./ euro 200.00 a night room was dark and dingy: the place hasn't been updated to current standards in years: it had: broken lights, very mouldy shower, no water in fridge, only the one toothbrush holder to drink anything from and that hadn't been cleaned in ages, you can imagine the state of it...no chairs or table to use a computer at, hard uncomfortable bed, terrible breakfast. The minute bathroom ( this was supposed to be a room for 3 people) was too small to move around, nowhere to put anything anywhere, the old fashion sink sloped so everything kept falling off it resulting in a broken perfume bottle much to my annoyance. The young untrained and uninterested staff are only there occasionally.. I saw them once in three days, I know it's a bnb but every other... much cheaper bnb's have always offered help, advice and information,...here,...NOTHING. Very disappointed as i thought, at that price I was treating myself to a superior place..!!!!!! it was over twice the price of anywhere I stayed in Palermo or Naples.and nowhere near as good. The only good point .. it is in a very good position.

Location e posizione ottime. Parcheggio vicino. La stanza è pulita e provvista di ogni confort. La colazione è accettabile, anche se per essere un albergo situato in Sicilia, mi sarei aspettato di meglio. L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori. Si evinceva chiaramente che la ragazza che ci accolto avrebbe voluto essere in qualsiasi altro posto.

Abbiamo soggiornato a palazzo raho per 2 notti, eravamo al piano terra, camera ampia con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo per nostra figlia, pulizia buona, in pieno centro storico comodo a tutto, sia mare che ristoranti, negozi e duomo. Colazione inclusa buona, anche per me che sono celiaca. Ana è stata gentilissima.

All'inizio dell'area pedonale di Piazzetta Garibaldi (Porta Terra) è un palazzetto nobiliare ristrutturato con dettagli eleganti e di design contemporaneo. Molto confortevole. Prezzi corretti ma da valutare in ragione della stagione. Un saluto alla sig.ra Ingrid, molto cordiale e disponibile
