Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Resort! Vor Ort wird alles getan, damit Sie sich wohlfühlen, von Entspannung bis Spaß. Das Hotel bietet verschiedene Abende und Atmosphären, damit jeder eine tolle Zeit haben kann!

This hotel was perfect for us and our stay in Cefalu. We were there for 2 days. The location of the hotel is amazing, right in the old city area, next to the beach and a quick walk to all the attractions (notably the cathedral and the rock) as well as restaurants. Our room’s AC worked very well and we didn’t hear any outside noisy at night. Breakfast was good. PS The hotel has a deal with one of the beach clubs - despite the beach club being a bit of a walk (15 minutes from the hotel) - it was well worth it.

Dieses gepflegte und ruhige Hotel liegt in einer schönen Gartenanlage oberhalb der Neustadt von Cefalu, ca. 2 km von der Altstadt. Achtung : Zwischen Aktstadt und Hotel sind es bestimmt 200 Höhenmeter Differenz : Mit dem Auto kein Lroblem, zu Fuss anspruchsvoll. Die Zimmer (Luxury / Superior) sind zwar klein, aber geschmackvoll. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf Küste und Meer in der Ferne (Luxury Zimmer). Das Bett war mit 1,90 m etwas zu kurz für uns und zu hart. Der Pool liegt schön im Garten, ein Tennisplatz daneben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Man kann sich frischen Karotten- oder Orangensaft machen.

Auf einer Rundreise haben wir zwei Nächte im Artemis verbracht. Das Zimmer in der ersten Etage war geräumig und hatte einen sehr großen Balkon (andere Zimmer haben deutlich kleinere Balkone). Der Service war angefangen vom Check-in über das Frühstück bis zum Check-out super. Es gab ein kostenloses Getränk unserer Wahl. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, genauso wie der Rest des Hotels. Im Jacuzzi auf dem Dach waren wir alleine. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder in der Altstadt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, der ca. 200m entfernt liegt und durch ein Tor gesichert ist. Der Strand ist feinsandig und geht an vielen Stellen flach ins Wasser. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet.

We have just returned from a week in the beautiful town of Cefalu in Sicily - an area which we first visited in 2017. This time we stayed in the Astro Suite Hotel and here are our comments (some positive and some negative) which hopefully will help others to make a decision on where to stay: The good: Location - the hotel is in an excellent location being just across the road from the main beach at Cefalu and less than a 10 minute walk from the old town where there are lots of restaurants and shops to wander around. The best restaurants we found were La Brace and Le Chat Noir. There is a very good supermarket (Deco) around a 5 minute walk from the hotel which stays open until 10pm. Also, the train station at Cefalu has trains direct to Palermo in under an hour should you wish to visit the capital. Cleanliness - the rooms and all areas of the hotel are super clean. Towels are changed daily. Kitchenette - well equipped with everything you'd need if you wanted to cook. Staff - without exception, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool - the hotel has a small swimming pool with sun loungers. The pool is rather shallow but fine if you have young children. The not-so-good: Breakfast - the hotel serves a continental-style breakfast, so no hot food at all. We found the choice to be rather limited. I think the hotel should offer a wider selection of cold meats and cheeses than they currently do. Sun loungers on beach - the hotel does not have its own private area of the beach and therefore the sun loungers come at a charge. For us (3 people) this came to 35 euros per day (and more expensive at the weekend). So if you are staying for a week or more, this can add up to quite a significant amount. The hotel does loan parasols free of charge though if you don't mind laying out a towel on the sand. Beach hawkers - there seems to be a large number of people walking up and down the beach trying to sell you stuff all day long. Gets rather tiresome. Check-out - the time for checking out of the hotel on your last day is 10.30am. However, if you are not leaving for the airport until later in the day the only facility the hotel can offer you to have a shower before you leave is the outside shower by the side of the pool and then to get changed in the toilet cubicle near reception. Not very satisfactory!

Dieses Hotel muss man lieben, denn es ist zwar nicht ganz perfekt, aber trotzdem super. Schöne luftige Architektur, eine tolle Dachterrasse, top Lage am Strand, klasse Frühstück, moderne Zimmer und ein schönes Bad, eine großartige Pasticceria/Bar/Gelateria im Erdgeschoss und freundliches Personal. Die einzigen kleinen Makel waren der etwas klein geratene Pool mit etwas kalt geratenem Wasser und dass unser Zimmer nicht gerade geräumig war.

Das Zimmer ist gut sehr sauber! Mit einem Schrank, der Schrank ist offen und in die Richtung, kann man Kleidung und so weiter schneiden. Die Landschaft kann in den Garten vor dem Volk gehen, die Sicht ist offener und kann ein wenig Meer sehen. Das einzige Fehlen ist, dass es eine gewisse Entfernung von der Bahnhofsstation bis zum Volkshaus gibt. Sie brauchen drei große Strände. Wenn Sie mehr Gepäck haben, wird es sehr müde sein. Das Frühstücksherr wird jedem einen Rinderbrot 🥐➕ Kaffee geben. Die anderen Fruchtgemüse, Wasser, Gemüse und Obst können Sie sich selbst nehmen.

We had a fantastic holiday. Love the hotel. It's authentic and Italian. We had no complaints about the food; there was plenty of choice. The room was immaculately clean and towels and sheets were changed frequently. We weren't affected by noise - there is a main road just outside but we were able to shut the balcony door at night and keep the air con on. The pool was lovely and it was peaceful by the pool. Staff were generally friendly - it helps if you can say a few words in Italian, particularly thank you. The staff work hard - all hours. I sometimes feel embarrassed to be British as the Brits can always find something to complain about. The weather could not have better and we loved the beach. All tourists were polite, friendly and well behaved. The 2K walk to Cefalu old town is lovely. The town itself is beautiful and full of culture and beautiful buildings. There are plenty of places to eat and lots of delicious ice cream and cannoli. I don't know what people want at times. We would give it 4 stars. Depends what you want of course. Might be different when the kids are off school. We went out of school time. Can't wait to go back.
