Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir einen zusätzlichen Kuchen beantragt haben, brachten sie ihn in nur wenigen Minuten in unser Zimmer! Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das A/C war schön und cool (die wir wirklich geschätzt haben, da der Ort, an dem wir in den vorangegangenen Nächten geblieben haben, nicht A/C arbeitete). Das Frühstück im Restaurant oben war lecker und sehr füllig.

It was almost midnight and we stopped here after a terrible experience at another hotel. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and said they had one double room by the pool. At this point many other hotels were fully booked so we decided to stay. He checked us in quickly, told us where to find breakfast and explained how to find the room as the property is quite large. The room was in another building located directly across from the pool and game room. When we arrived there were several families with children running around screaming. By this time it was after midnight and I was annoyed because the area had closed by this time but once I closed the door to the room it was quiet and there was only a minimum noise of people walking in the hallway. The room and bathroom were clean and updated. I would stay here again, just not directly across from the pool/game room if I had the choice.

Unser Zimmer war vor unserer Ankunft (durch die Bonvoy-App) bereit - es scheint hier kein Mobilschlüssel, so wir halten an der Desktop, bevor wir ins Zimmer gehen. Das Zimmer war groß genug für meine Tochter und ich mit zwei Queen-Bett. Leider war der Müll im Zimmer vom vorherigen Bewohner verlassen worden, aber sonst war alles schön und teuer. Die Betten waren bequem genug und das Badezimmer war ein Dusch-/Badegebäude. Kein Auspufffan, um davon zu reden, so dass es während der Dusche etwas dampfte. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war wie Sie erwartet - Getreide, Toast/Paste, Oatmeal, Eier und Bacon und ein paar Quiche-Mahl. Kaffee, Milch, Saft. Es war definitiv genug, um unseren Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Nicht die größte Essensfläche, aber es war nicht beschäftigt, so keine Probleme. Meine einzige wirkliche Beschwerde mit dem Zimmer war, dass die Abschaltvorrichtungen nicht nachts gezogen werden können - sie sind installiert, so dass sie rund um die Fenster-AC-Einheit geöffnet sind. So genossen wir ein schönes helles Zimmer bei 530 am mit dem Sonnenaufgang (auch nach dem Zinken einige mit einem Kleidung hängen von der Schrank). Oh und keine USB-Ladehäfen im Zimmer so sicher, dass Sie AC-Strom für alles, was Sie zu laden. Es war ein etwas älteres Hotel, aber sauber genug und komfortabel. Es gibt eine U-Bahn direkt über die Straße, die Sie zu gehen und viele Restaurants/Gasstationen in der Nähe. Es war etwa 10 Minuten Fahrt zum CID Flughafen und kostenfreie Parkplätze. Ich würde nicht zögern, wieder zu bleiben, obwohl ich das nächste Mal vielleicht ein Hotel suchen, wo ich ein dunkleres Schlafzimmer haben könnte.

Dieses Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, fünf Minuten entfernt, und es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus. Wir fuhren zum Flughafen, um das Auto zurückzugeben und holten uns auch kostenlos ab. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, es gibt Werkzeuge zum Bügeln. Das Frühstück beginnt um 16 Uhr und es gibt kleine Backwaren und Getränke in der gewohnten Halle zu genießen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Muss empfohlen werden!

I was in town for a bunch of days & rolled in after traveling thru a few connecting flights. I was greeted by the front desk with very polite & happy personnel. I was checked in quickly with a smile. The room was nice & clean, exactly what I expected from Residence Inns. Over the next few days I was always greeted with a smile & a friendly ‘hello’. I’ll definitely stay here again if back in town.
