Es ist ein toller Ort für eine kurze Übernachtung! Das Zimmer roch ein bisschen nach Pfefferminze, was mir nicht gefiel. Meinem Freund hat es gefallen, haha. Es lohnt sich, ein Taxi zu nehmen, um die Bohol-Fähre zu nehmen, also empfehle ich es!

Sauberes Hotel, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, das bei allem geholfen hat. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Zimmer ist sauber, zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören Seife, Shampoo, Toilettenpapier und Handtücher. Da ist kein anderer. Wasser sollte da sein, aber ich hatte es nicht, sie haben es nicht eingegossen. Das Einrichten eines Fernsehers ist schwierig und unklar. Sie riefen das Personal an und halfen. Der größte Nachteil ist, dass es im Zimmer kein WLAN gibt, wir brauchten es nachts von der Straße aus wirklich, aber es war nicht da. Ich habe in Zimmer 507 kein Signal bekommen. Es ist etwas weit vom Flughafen entfernt, 30 Minuten mit dem Taxi, 700 Pesos 🙈 zum Pier 1 -40 Minuten zu Fuß, 8 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Morgens ist es auf dem Flur laut, man hört alles. Nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

top hotel im herzen von cebu. liebes management, bitte investieren sie kleines geld, um die balkons mancher zimmer mit aschenbechern auszustatten, die kippen werden überall entsorgt, am meisten leiden die gewächse, deren kübel als ascher missbraucht werden. ansonsten war mein autenthalt wie gewöhnlich hervorragend.

Ein 5-Sterne-Erlebnis in der Tat. Das Resort wurde trotz der Pandemie sehr gut gepflegt. Mactan ist nicht für seine schönen Strände bekannt, aber dieses Resort hat es so schön aussehen können. Service war auch großartig, Menschen waren nett und freundlich. Wir haben nicht alles wirklich erforscht, weil wir uns freuen, an einem Punkt zu bleiben. Nahrung war nicht so groß, es gibt nichts Besonderes darüber. Hoffentlich können sie sich daran verbessern.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, nichts falsch, dass ich nur gut Service und dedikiertes Hotelpersonal ihre Arbeit zu sehen. Sie haben ein Fitnesscenter, ein Innenpool und ein Funktionsraum, aber sie haben nicht ihre Einrichtungen versucht, weil ich beschäftigt war. Für den Zugang zum Hotel ist es neben Robinsons Galerie Mall, so dass Sie nicht fühlen Sie Board. This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

Plantation Bay is a beautiful place in some ways reminiscent of a Disney resort (polite staff, very kid friendly, great boat trips) and the rebuilding work others have commented on post the typhoon and covid is pretty much complete. Golf buggies sweep you around but really you ca can walk - the entire circuit is only 800m so your maximum walk is 400m. The bedrooms are spacious but service is patchy (you can only get one extra blanket for example “why do you need it ?” I was asked :) ) but I think that is just learning not rudeness - the staff were great. Some constructive criticism - some off site options would be nice (not just the mall or a 5/6 hour trip to the whales), the food offering is pretty much identical in each restaurant and the drink selection is identical this is the worst part of the experience for me and the staff in the restaurants are slow to clear away and rarely check all is ok - although we were asked if the food was ok at each meal - it is like a high end fast food experience in all the restaurants which was a shame…..the games room had at least half the machines out of order - and it is useful on a rainy day with kids, finally some nighttime entertainment would be welcome…..) would we come back ? Yes probably but I am not sure….the food is tricky after a few days. If this was improved I wouldn’t hesitate.

Es ist nicht mit anderen Resorts zu vergleichen. Gehe hier hin Obwohl es innerhalb von Cebu liegt, können Sie einfach ein Taxi rufen und losfahren. Andere Resorts sind auch nicht sicher genug, um außerhalb des Resorts herumzulaufen. Mit Grab kostet ein Taxi vom Flughafen zum Resort 380 Pesos. New building, nice and spacious rooms, they clean everyday and change towels. Refills of coffee and water. Complete amenities with your own kitchen refrigerator water kettle and dining area. Nice double beds. City view 😍 and nice swimming pool. They have great restaurant at the roof deck with great menu and 360 view of the city. Accomodating and helpful staff. It would be nice to be back.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.
