Schönes kleines Hotel. Zu kleiner CR. Das gute: Nettes Personal. Problemloser Check-in. Es ist keine Schadenskaution erforderlich. Saubere Gemeinschaftsräume und saubere Zimmer. Gutes Bett und Bettwäsche. Frische Handtücher. Toller Warmwasserfluss zum Duschen. Safe im Zimmer. Kabelfernsehen mit guter Auswahl an Kanälen. Ruhige Klimaanlage. Berücksichtigung der Umwelt durch Verfahren zur Wiederverwendung von „Handtüchern“ und reduzierte Verpackungen (Wasserkrug zum Befüllen aus dem Spender im Flur, Spender für Handseife, Duschgel und Shampoo). Gut zubereitetes philippinisches Frühstück, serviert in einem kleinen Restaurant mit Gewürzen. Praktische Lage für einen Besuch im Krankenhaus Chong Hua. Taxistand in der Nähe. Gehen Sie zu Robinsons Fuente & McDo. Das Schlechte: Tassen, aber kein Wasserkocher. Winziges CR, wo der Zutritt für zwei Personen selbst mit Choreografie nicht möglich ist. Der Zimmersafe ist sehr klein. Kein Kühlschrank. Keine CR-Bodenmatte. Das hässliche: Straßenkinder, die draußen schlafen, ganz in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Trinkgeld: Fragen Sie nach einem Zimmer, in dem das WLAN gut ist. Der Abschluss: Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gut genug, um dorthin zurückzukehren. -- Ende --

We went to Cebu for a few days and decided to stay here since the location is near almost everything that we need and the rate is cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. Here are my thoughts: 1. Originally, we booked a Deluxe Room (one queen bed and one single bed) via phone a week prior our arrival. The Receptionist told us that the room can hold three guests since they don't have a room with three beds. 2. When we arrived, I was surprised to see how small the room was. The beds can definitely fit three adults / persons but the room itself is quite cramped for three people with luggages. You can't even walk around the room without bumping to each other or bumping to the furniture. 3. I went to the Reception Area and requested if we can have three single beds instead. In my head, I imagined that with three single beds, we could have more space and navigate a little freely. 4. Arrived back the hotel around 8ish (after having dinner) and was disappointed that our room was not arranged how we requested several hours ago. 5. Went back to the Reception Area and explained what has transpired. It was a good thing that the staff there were polite that kept me from making a scene. 6. I explained (again) that the reason why we're requesting for three single beds because the size of the room doesn't suffice three adults. Receptionist apologized and ALSO agreed that the room was too tiny for us. I almost laughed because when we checked in, I explained to them that we were three guests. They even asked for a 500php fee for the additional person. Why didn't they tell us from the start that the room was not equipped to accommodate three guests? 7. I requested for a bigger room (Family Room) which only costs 100php more than our original room. Luckily, there was an available room the following day until we leave Cebu. 8. Family Room was definitely spacious. It has a one queen sized bed and a sofa bed. The room was adequately clean but there are some evidence of worn out furniture and old sheets (clean but minimal stains). Fortunately, the bathroom was clean and the towels were relatively new. 9. We requested to ”Make Up Room” the next day since will be out the whole day that time. When we got back, again, felt really frustrated because the room was still unkempt and the trash weren't taken out. Needed to call the Reception Area again. 10. They provide free WiFi but they will just give you a piece of paper with the code. And the code is only good for one gadget for two days. If you have like five gadets, you need to ask five vouchers. Since we were at the 4th floor, for some reason, the internet gets disconnected from time to time. 11. They don't offer free water daily. I suggest that you stock up your room with water. 12. Aircon is old. It can cool the room partially because it's just a window type zircon which I think is just less than 1 horsepower. It's manual. 13. No trash bin inside the room. You need to go to that bathro

Es war ganz richtig alles ist durchschnittlich. Guter Wert für Geld. Das Zimmer war wirklich geräumig aber. Sie werden es nicht bedauern. Aber Sie werden auch nicht überrascht sein

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

Ich war bei meiner Familie. Es roch leicht muffig, aber die Lage war gut und es gab zwei Badezimmer, so dass ich einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt hatte. Schade ist, dass das Hotel am Abreisetag von 12:00 bis 14:00 Uhr geschlossen ist und ich gebeten wurde, ab 11:10 Uhr einzuchecken. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen, es bietet also ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Lage war großartig, wie Sie in der Bilder ist es nahe der Hauptstraße sehen können, aber wenn Sie sensiblen Lärm Sie vielleicht denken, auf der Suche nach einem anderen Ort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Bislang ist unser Aufenthalt hier gut. Sehr bequem, weil 7/11 nahe ist und viele Restaurants um. Ich kann sagen, dass es für seinen Preis bereits das beste ist. Ich liebe auch die Tatsache, dass Burger King sehr nahe ist und 24 Stunden offen ist. Es gibt auch viele Kaffeegeschäfte rund um den Ort und der Robinsons Supermarkt ist nur zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Atm-Maschinen und Banken im Bereich, wo Sie Geld jederzeit ziehen können. Darüber hinaus ist der Preis in dieser App viel besser als andere Apps. Das Hotel hat keinen Haartrockner und keine Sicherheitsschachtel, aber das ist kein Problem für diejenigen, die nur einen Schlafplatz haben wollen. Und ich glaube nicht, dass die heiße Dusche in unserem Zimmer arbeitet, aber das letzte Mal, wenn wir hier inchecken, gab es keine Probleme. Schließlich war unsere Gesamterfahrung gut. Sie servieren großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist weit vom Flughafen, aber in der Nähe von Malls und Restaurants, und befindet sich in einer nicht so besetzten Straße. Das Bett, die Kissen und die Linen waren gut genug, um auf zu schlafen, aber das Klimaanlage nicht kühlte unser Zimmer. Es war auf 16 Deg, aber es fühlte sich wie 24. Wir wurden in ein anderes Zimmer übertragen, aber immer noch das gleiche Gefühl. Mein Mann, der mich hasst, wenn ich die a/c auf maximaler Höhe drehe, beschwerte sich auch über die Raumtemperatur 😂. Wir waren am Tag draußen und blieben nur in dem Zimmer nachts. Es war überhaupt nicht komfortabel. Ich habe mich nicht wieder beschweren. Zu müde, um unsere Sachen zu übertragen und mit dem gleichen Problem zu beenden. Ich würde nur empfehlen, hier zu bleiben, wenn sie ihr A/C-System verbessert haben.

We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.
