Sira ang water heater, mahina ang shower. I called the admin to request for tabo at balde para sa gripo nalang kami kukuha ng tubig at makapagready kami ng warm water para sa baby ko at nephews. Sana kung di naman working mga amenities niyo, magsabi kayo in advance or di kaya ipaayos niyo muna before niyo e open for booking ang room. 🤦🏻♀️
PS: Walang free water or coffee.

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great value. The ambiance is just right. Its peaceful, cozy, and well-maintained, making it ideal for students, travelers, and professionals alike. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Its location is a huge plus. Its just a short walk from Southwestern University and Cebu South Bus Terminal, making it super convenient for students and travelers heading to the provinces. One of the highlights is the coffee shop! It’s the only true coffee spot in the area that actually serves real coffee made from freshly brewed beans, not pre-mixed powders. If you’re a coffee lover, this is the place to be! On top of all that, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. For the price, you won’t find a better place to stay. Highly recommended!
