Walking in to The Beach House, you'll instantly feel relaxed and ready to unwind. We've fully renovated the home to provide all the desired amenities, including heating and AC, motorized blinds and brand new kitchen and bathrooms with heated floors. The Beach House brings the outside in with expansive windows that reach from floor to ceiling providing unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The large bedroom offers a king sized bed with a desk and chair. The primary bathroom is generous with double vanities, a large closet and heated floors. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed, overlooking the ocean and a private, attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom also offers a queen sized bed and a private bathroom. We've coined this one the kids room because it's a little quieter for the kids to tuck in early! One of the many unique parts of this home is the original design. The common space of the home can be sectioned off into another private sleeping area with the sofa bed. While this area is not soundproof, you are able to close it off to the rest of the family room for sleeping and privacy. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to all the amenities that Cayucos has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and art galleries. It is also a short drive to Morro Bay, Cambria and San Luis Obispo.
