Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in Cayo Santa Maria und wähle dieses Hotel immer wieder. Ich liebe Menschen, das Personal sorgt dafür, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. In diesem Resort gibt es einen so schönen Strand. Ein Stück Paradies mit weißem Sand, in dem man den ganzen Tag liegen kann. Das Essen war ok, es gab immer etwas zu essen und unser Zimmer war sauber und hatte Meerblick, sodass wir es genossen, jeden Tag aufzuwachen und die Nähe zum Meer zu spüren. Ich empfehle es, da es einen guten Preis hat und sich komfortabel anfühlt. Es ist nur empfehlenswert, Mückenschutzmittel mitzubringen. Ich komme bald wieder, Memories Paraiso! ☺

. Schreckliches Hotel!!!! Ich habe meine Schwiegermutter und Freunde übers Wochenende dorthin geschickt und es war eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Sie gingen in ihr Zimmer und die Zimmermädchen aßen ihr Essen. Es wurden Tücher gestohlen, keine Serviette, kaum Essen. Ich habe meine Schwiegermutter und ihre Freunde für ein Wochenende geschickt. Die Erfahrung, die sie gemacht haben, war schrecklich. Sie stahlen die Kleidung, die er auf dem Balkon hatte, und die Person, die für die Zimmerreinigung verantwortlich war, aß das Essen, das er mit seinem Geld gekauft hatte, und es gab auch keine Löffel. Schreckliches Essen, was für eine schlechte Erfahrung sie gemacht haben.

Ich war dreimal hier, also ist das Buffet im Restaurant ziemlich gut, besonders Frühstück und Mittagessen. Für den Strand fehlen mir die Worte, er ist einfach großartig. Das Animationsteam ist sehr witzig und es gibt viel zu tun. Das Beste an diesem Hotel sind jedoch die Angestellten. Sie sind sehr nett 🫶🏻 und sehr aufmerksam, zum Beispiel an der Rezeption, beim Gästeservice und beim Diamond Club Concierge 🙌🏻🇨🇺

It was a nice experience with mokoyos, cafes in the terrace and a great beach! Amazing I can say. Gorgeous!!🏖🌊🌞. My room was near the pool and from the hotel to the Market place is not so far. so I could go to gym and could do some shopping! I recommend it. The staff is incredible I can say that even when there are some shortages. They do what they can. And that is one of the reasons I come back the beach and the staff. And its terrace. Great for morning coffees, specially those prepared by Ernesto. Thanks to Ana who explains is the facilities and give info relating to the resort, quite friendly girl. Of I come back. Sure. You receive what you pay for!

It is a very quiet hotel and the workers all have incredible smiles. The pool is beautiful and quiet... the food is good, sometimes very cold but well cooked. The entertainment for the children is very good and the girls at the baby club are very affectionate. We left the children there and without a problem it is a very good option. The room is comfortable and has everything you could need in it. We will return without a doubt.

The weather and the beach are really nice! Yeisel, Yorkis , Ulises ,Pairol in the entertainment group are very friendly and funny. The drinks are really nice and the pool is refreshing. The room is decently good and the server at the buffet are very nice. 😊 I’m coming back again
