A rare find with a lovely modern 3 bedroom plus office entire house in Swansea, with another onus being it is per friendly, with a large deck out the back perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Swansea Sands is conveniently located in a quiet street, three houses back from the Waterfront Reserve, providing a perfect location for families to relax and unwind. Swansea is home to some of the best waterways and fishing spots in NSW, with boat ramps only minutes away. There are also patrolled beaches close by including the famous Caves Beach. We also allow pets with a fully fenced yard. The large Master bedroom has a plush, comfortable king size bed and also a queen size "Koala" fold out sofa bed. This folds out low to the ground so is great for the little ones. There is also a generous size ensuite attached to the room including a shower and toilet, with a large built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a lovely queen size bed and an open wardrobe. To access this bedroom you walk through the office. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a built in wardrobe. The office has a desk and monitor to ensure if you need to work whilst here you can do so comfortably. The cupboard also contains some books and boardgames to keep you entertained. The main bathroom is large and includes a bath. The toilet is separate to the bathroom to maximise privacy. One of the features of this house is the generous size under-covered deck which looks out over the full fenced yard. The deck features a large 8 seater dining table, lounge and a Webber BBQ.
