Near the airport and a quiet place to stay..Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was worth every peso you pay.

Mein dritter Besuch in Boracay, mein erstes Besuch war in Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, aber es war zu weit, zweite Mal, wir blieben in Villa De Oro, und für meine dritte Zeit, wir blieben hier in La Carmela. Unser Aufenthalt hier in La Carmela war eine Klemmesentscheidung, aber eine wirklich erinnerebare. Wir feiern das Neujahr 2022 in La Carmela. Wir blieben dort für 9 Nächte. Aber ich muss sagen, einige Mitarbeiter sind nicht so engagiert und leidenschaftlich für das, was sie tun, außer für das Sicherheitspersonal, das alle sehr gut zugekommen waren. Ich selbst, ich bin ein Frontbüroagent, kann ich nicht einmal die Ehrlichkeit mit dem Dienst, den sie bieten. Ich war eigentlich sehr auf La Carmela zu warten, da Herr Boy Abunda immer diesen Resort während all seiner Shows gefördert hat, zusätzlich zu diesem, so viele Berühmtheiten und sogar Einflussnehmer haben in La Carmela geblieben und scheinen ihre Dienstleistungen zu mögen. Aber, für meine Bedauern, all meine Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt, leider. Essen ist durchschnittlich, unser tägliches Frühstück war immer gefroren serviert, Pool ist massiv und schön, die Lage ist preiswert, da es nahe dem Strand und nur nahe allem anderen wo. Ich wünschte, sie könnten ihre Dienste, einschließlich persönlicher Dienste für ihre Gäste, verbessern, vor allem, weil es bereits viele Hotels, die als ihre Wettbewerber boomen. Ich weiß, La Carmela ist schon seit vielen Jahren da, also warum nicht ihr Erbe zu einem guten. Insgesamt war unser Zimmer ok, wir warten so lange auf unsere MUR, plus der Ak in meinem Mutter Zimmer funktioniert nicht gut. Ich würde gern dieses Hotel noch einmal betrachten, da es perfekt für Budget Traveller wie ich ist. blieb für 9 Nächte mit meinem Partner, Mutter und Schwester, und wir bezahlten nur PHP 25k für alles einschließlich ihres gezahlten Frühstücks. Ich hoffe, Sie berücksichtigen alle Punkte, die ich erwähnt habe, Sie sehen uns bald, La Carmela. :)

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

Ein etwas älteres und großes Resort. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sehr schön gestaltet. Der Kühlschrank war sehr leise. Dafür war die Klimaanlage etwas lauter. In der Nacht hatte ich einen kurze Begegnung mit einer Küchenschabe, was durchaus vorkommen kann. Laut der Beschreibung mit der Renovierung konnten wir nicht viel fesstellen. Vielleicht bezog es sich eher auf Malereien oder die Außenanlage, die sehr schön war. Wir hatten Poolblick bzw. Seitlichen Meerblick. Hier war es tagsüber Recht laut,da sich immer viele Menschen am und im Pool aufhielten. Der Weg zum Meer war sehr kurz. Wir konnten unser Schwimmen im Meer sehr gut mit dem Pool verbinden. In der Nacht konnte man leider sämtliche Geräusche vom Gang oder der Toilettenspülung hören. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Am besten man geht um 8 Uhr hin,da man ungestörter frühstücken kann. Es sind doch sehr viele Menschen in diesem ”Extragebäude” zur Strandseite hin. Tags- und Nachtsüber kann man wunderbar an der Promenade oder Strand entlang laufen. Störend sind hier nur die extrem zahlreichen Verkäufer, die Brillen, Souvenirs etc. verkaufen wollen. Man sollte trotzdem nicht vergessen, dass es hier viel Armut gibt... Bevor ich es vergesse. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich.

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget stay in boracay or planning on long-staying in boracay. Very affordable! The pool bar and swimming pool was very intimate. It is like a secret spot within the building which I loved! The dining experience is also amazing because there is an indoor and outdoor restaurant! It has a view of the back beach and has an amazing sunrise view and the breakfast food was A+!

Das Seaworthy Hotel und das Personal überstiegen unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Das Personal (Shasha, Shierra, Loren, Jonel und andere) waren erstaunlich, sehr bequem und machte uns wirklich wie VIPs willkommen fühlen. Sie waren so aufpassend auf all unsere Bedürfnisse und gingen über und darüber hinaus, um uns zu helfen, Aktivitäten zu planen und sogar mit uns nach unseren Tagen zu sehen, wie es ging. Die Lage war perfekt für uns - nicht zu besetzt in Station 1, aber nahe genug zu Station 2, wenn wir mehr Husten und Büsten wollten. Das Hotel ist buchstäblich am Strand - und mit nur 7 Zimmern sind alle Gäste eine schnelle Treppe zum weißen Sand (im Gegensatz zu einigen der größeren Resorts, wo es eine gute 10-minütige Spaziergang durch das Resort ist). Wir hatten 3 Zimmer für unsere Familie, einschließlich der Deluxe Seaview - wir waren sicher verstümmelt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut mit allem, was wir brauchten, einschließlich Kühlschrank und Safe. Wie andere geschrieben haben, war die willkommene Cocomama Behandlung nach einem langen Tag der Reise auf einem Flugzeug, Boot dann Shuttle. Das inbegriffen Frühstück wurde zum Bestellen gemacht, mit einer Reihe von Wahlen, und so lecker und füllen. Der Abend Teezeit in der Gäste-allein-Lounge hatte eine leckere Reihe traditioneller Filipino-”merienda”-Behandlungen und Tee mit schöner Aussicht, die gleich ist wie das Deluxe Seaview-Zimmer. Wir wollen sicherlich am Seaworthy bleiben, wenn wir zum nächsten Mal nach Boracay kommen (insbesondere wenn der Deluxe Seaview verfügbar ist) und es sehr empfehlen.

Wir sind zum ersten Mal in Boracay und hatten von dem Moment an, als wir im Fairways & Bluewater Resort ankamen, eine absolut fantastische Zeit. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang bis Ende unseres Aufenthalts so willkommen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war so nett, dass ich wirklich nichts Schlechtes über den Ort sagen kann. Ich war von Anfang bis Ende verliebt. Vielen Dank an das Fairways & Bluewater Resort, dass Sie unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht haben ❤️ Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 😊

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

The Arrival We were met at the baggage claim by a happy-looking guy holding up a sign that said ”Crimson” and were directed to the van, which took us to the boat terminal. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience.   Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room.   The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests.   The Restaurants   Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert. Do yourself a favor and order their Tres Leches 👌 Azure Beach Club - so accommodating, and the food was great! We entered the restaurant wet from the rain, and they were happy to sit us

We decided to try this place since it’s just an hour away from Boracay. We stayed here for only 2 nights to spend my bestie birthday. David, one of the owner is very kind and easy to talk to. He’s the one answering all my inquiries and giving instructions how to get there. He make sure that we get into the right port so we won’t missed our boat schedule. He even gave us a free room upgrade since we are celebrating our birthday months here. We stayed in their muni muni cliff villa. We love the ocean view and the spacious room for 3 of us. There are some minor problem we encountered like our backdoors in villa cannot be locked which I hope they get fixed. The bathroom is huge but it’s just hard to have your own privacy in a clear glass door with no cover. But it might work for those honeymooners. We really appreciate all efforts they did just to make my bestie birthday celebration a good one. The complimentary cake from the resort is really a Homemade with love. It’s so good and very thoughtful. The staff are so kind and respectful although some seems to be very shy to interact with the guests. Shout out to Ciara and Evian. They’re very attentive. We look forward to come back in this quite place. We hope someday it will be fully operational. They will have more choices to offer like some activity that you can do inside the resort, more food choices . I hope they will have their own F&B manager or someone that will run the operations very well. Who knows how to handle the whole resort business and also we hope they will also put more guards on duty during night time especially down at the cliff villas beach front. There should be atleast big spotlights there and some kind of alarm that you can just press if something went wrong it will make your guest feel more secured too during nighttime while sleeping. I understand the impact of pandemic brought to us and keeping up the maintenance of this huge luxury resort is such a big burden of the owners. I feel bad to see that the beauty of this resort is starting to disappear if they will not make any actions to save it. But overall we love the ambiance, the people, the peaceful quite vacation we had at Ocean Edge Resort. Btw they have a dive shop inside the resort. I just didn’t had a chance to talk to the dive manger and make inquiries. But maybe next time I will do some diving here on my next visit. Again Thank you.
