Ich war zum 2. Mal im Rahmen einer Seminarwoche mit Aktivprogramm unserer Firma im Acapulco Resort und fand mich von Anfang bis zum Ende wieder rundum sehr gut betreut. Einen speziellen Dank an dieser Stelle hier auch an Esra Celic , die Managerin für die Gästebetreuung, welche mit ihrem von ihr professionell und gut trainierten Team für alle kleinen, mittleren oder auch größeren Anliegen immer ein offenes Ohr und hilfreiche Lösungsangebote hatte. had a fantastic stay at Elixus Hotel and ******! The rooms are comfortable (9/10), though the pillows were a bit large. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pool area was clean and warm, with a lifeguard on duty. The restaurant exceeded expectations, and the gym was fully equipped, much better than shown in photos. The location is peaceful, though a bit isolated, and more activities nearby would have been nice. The spa was relaxing but a little pricey. The only downside was the cleaning service, which could be improved. Overall, great value for money, and I’d definitely come back again!
