Otel konumunu bilerek tercih etmekte yarar var. Çatalköy’de merkeze bir tık uzak. Araçsız kesinlikle tercih edilmemeli. Bunun haricinde personel,oda temizlik durumu,herhangi bir istek durumunda her şey yerine getiriliyor. Otel hizmet açısından gayet başarılı. Gıda bakımından da kaliteli ve çeşitler son derece yeterli. Huzurlu,dağ havasında,temiz havuz,kalan konukların büyük çoğunluğunun yabancı olduğu bir otel. Kısacası 5 üzerinden 4.

Schöne Einrichtungen mit ausgezeichneten Pools, Wasserpark und Strand. Wir blieben in einem Bungalow, der mit Moskitos befallen und mit Abwasser schmelzt. Ess war jedoch akzeptabel, um für 1000 Personen zu einer Zeit zu verpflegung zu sein. Das Abendessen war ok und das Frühstück viel besser. Es scheint, dass die besten Einrichtungen für die Hochroller reserviert sind. Wir waren früher eingeladen und hatten eine tolle Mahlzeit im Hauptgebäude, aber diese Zeit sind wir unzufrieden und werden nicht zurück zum Aufenthalt.

Die ersten Eindrücke des Hotels waren großartig. Die Weihnachtsdekoration machte es wunderbar aussehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und konnten nicht genug für uns tun, einschließlich Unterhaltung meines kleinen Jungen. Wir waren sehr froh, dort zu bleiben. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt von zwei spät gefeiert (eine war am New Year’s Eve so war erwartet, dass es spät sein wird, aber nicht vor 1am gehen, wie wir gesagt wurden, das wäre nicht der Fall). Es schien, dass es keine Bedenken für die Gäste, die im Hotel bleiben, da laute Musik bis Mitte der Nacht gespielt hat. Es schien, dass die Familie, die das Geschäft geführt, es behandelt, als ob es ihr Haus und nicht ein Hotel mit Gästen in es zahlen. Es war eine Schande, dass diese Vorfälle unsere sonst große Aufenthalte dort überschatteten.
