I low season it’s a bit too empty. But convenient for who who want to visit the pagoda

I think 2 days 1 night was not enough for this place. The view is wonderful with one side surrounded by mountains and right in front is the beach. My room was arranged at the nearest building that close to the reception, restaurant and the pool also, that so covenient because we could go for a walk instead of waiting for buggy, and I bet you will wish for the way could be longer while looking all arround beautiful sightseeings Room was clean, the standing bathroom is a little bit small, but the balcony is quite big. Maybe this time is the rain season but luckily the weather was so nice on the day we stay here so we already had a tour to see the biggest Buddha statue, the atmostphere was so fresh and peaceful when you stand on the highest position and look down the whole things Breakfast was served by a la carte, easily understand that the hotel is not too crowded so the buffet not yet available now. Finally, the staffs were so helpful and friendly and we so appreciated to the manager for supporting us to late check out, absolutely come back for next time.

The room was beautiful and spacious and I loved the up lighting of the ceiling. Staff were helpful. The pool is huge and the view was wonderful. We only stayed for one night - really only 12 hours, but we can walk alot in resort - and ordered room service for dinner which was delicious. They also have a small tea shop. They also have a small tea shop. Amazing place to get some tasty ice tea and relax.

Resort is newly built and just opened, built onto the mountain side, is very well done building. Id say about 3/4 of rooms would have an excellent sea view, the rest look more to the mountain side. Lots of landscaping and garden work has been done, lots of new trees planted. All the rooms are brand new, but missing some things, we had a kitchenette in our room, but no cookware or cutlery. There was no “Do not disturb/Please clean my room” sign so the staff knock anytime. Pool area is really big and very nice, but no umbrellas or deck chairs, not sure if they haven’t brought any yet or they had been put away somewhere, we weren’t there at peak time, but would be good if they had a few chairs out for guests that are there. Restaurant has good meals, but is fairly basic, and no english translation on the menu.. The bar wasn’t open while we were there, so no cocktails on the menu either. The staff are very nice and friendly, but lack that high end resort training that you will get in a well established resort. The resort is priced quite cheap by comparison to others, so you get many local families in. There are some ponds around in the garden that getting very slimy with the lack of water flow, im sure there better in the wet season, but they need more attention as there were a lot of mosquitos around. Biggest issue we had was we got our laundry done while there and were charged 695,000 for the service. This was more than our meal we had there. We have had this done elsewhere while in Vietnam and its normally 40K - 80K. When i asked about this no effort was made to change the price. The resort is alright, but needs to iron out these issues, in time i think it will be really good, but give it at least a year.
