We didn’t get the room as pictured in the booking, instead we got a second floor room as in the picture. The bed was comfortable. The shower was too small, I’m 175cm and I had to crouch to wash my hair. The shower pressure was terrible going for slow to slower every second and other showers were the same. In the room we were in you could actually see into our neighbors shower. Our sink burst one time but they fixed it right away and were very apologetic.
The area was lovely, as stated by others it is far from the centre but worth it for the quiet and the scenery with nice walks nearby. The hosing family were nice and helpful when getting our bus out of catba.

Hotel is located away from the central toơn. Good service and amenities. The bungalow is new and clean, with vegetables flower garden. The swimming pool is also a plus. We had good experience here:))

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Gartenpavillon genossen! Es ist ein paar Kilometer von der Stadt entfernt, aber die Mitarbeiter organisierten problemlos ein günstiges Taxi in die Stadt für uns; Auch das Mieten von Motorrädern ist möglich. Wir haben unsere Tagestouren zum Wandern im Catba-Nationalpark und zur Kreuzfahrt durch die Long Bay auch hier über das Personal gebucht und können diese Dienste wärmstens empfehlen! So einfach, so erschwinglich und wir hatten auf beiden Touren eine fantastische Zeit. Und die Bequemlichkeit, im Hotel zu buchen, war einfach herrlich. Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön und ruhig – ein wahres Gartenparadies. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gartenzimmer ist einfach, aber komfortabel und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Garten und den umliegenden Bergdschungel. Das Restaurant vor Ort ist ein kleiner Glücksfall, aber wir fanden die Gerichte, die wir bevorzugten, und das Frühstück war immer gut. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Aufenthalt jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine schöne Umgebung und eine entspannte, bodenständige A**osphäre sucht.

The hotel is located out of town and there were no real eating options available other than ar the hotel. This meant their prices were slightly high, but they did have sufficient options. The included breakfast was quite basic but ok.
The area nrarby has nothing really to see or do, so you should have transport if you want to sightsee the island. Taxi costs will be expensive if you rely on them.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
A bit noisy with the nearby roosters and with some guests. The rooms are not very soundproof.

Very good service !! They are very helpful with everything. Location was lovely and beautiful and you can easily go to the town with taxi or scooter.

Great service and help to book trips and rent scooters to get around Catba. Bannapankes for breakfast was amazing.
