Premier Inn Castleford (Xscape, M62 J32)

酒店早餐很好吃！對面就是滑雪場，很適合來滑雪的朋友居住。房間也很大很整潔，對於兩個人來説住得十分舒適！

Stayed in one of the Premier plus rooms which was very nice. The bed was spot-on. The bathroom was very nice. The facilities in there were very nice. I like the fridge. The TV wasn’t as big as it could’ve been and I felt it should’ve had Netflix facility. We ate in the restaurant at the night time the food was fairly decent and hot And was well presented. There were only four other tables in use in the restaurant and I felt it had absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever no background music playing or nothing. This lack of atmosphere continued in the front seated area so we didn’t bother having a drink. We went out elsewhere for a drink. next morning we had the Premier Inn breakfast which was spot-on as they normally always are. All the stuff are very nice. The one thing that I felt really did at the hotel down I was the outside of the hotel and Car Parking area. Outside of the hotel is looking very tired and parts fixed to deal with the cleanup and lick of paint. The actual car park itself was strewn with loads of litter and could’ve really done with a good tidy up. It just created a really bad first impression when we pulled up, up and it was still in the same state as we left. It just looked really scruffy and not bothered with.

Fantastic service, Had a small issue with the Premeir inn cards not working and both Sarah H and Sarah K went over and above to help and never gave up on me. I honestly can’t thank them enough as their perseverance saves me a lot of hassle. Thank you both very much

Good location, clean rooms (although bathroom needs a bit of attention and repair). Quiet nights sleep & close enough to nearby restaurants & ASDA garage. Only suggestion is that the whole area may get very busy at weekends because of the retail outlet.

Just had a 5 night stay in a family room. We last stayed at this hotel last easter and once again I can do nothing but praise this Premier Inn the family rooms are great... My kids love it as they both get proper beds, not a sofa bed. House keeping is on request and the house keepers are lovely, nothing is a problem.Breakfast is a winner especially as all 4 if us eat for just under £22...amazing value... Carol is always so helpful at breakfast... She is amazing. The position of this hotel is unbeatable with bars, restaurants, children's indoor fun complex and a factory shopping outlet all in walking distance. My only bug bear this trip was the car park (which is not run by the hotel so they have no control over it) My son has a blue disabled badge and we could park in a disabled bay most days, but one evening we got back to the hotel only to find the front car park full and all the disabled bays full of tradesmans vans with no blue badges... We were told this is quite common, they just park anywhere and the hotel can't enforce this. This in no way would put me off staying again but will make me conscious of when I need to get back to the hotel in order to park.
