Sehr gute Lage und alles sehr gut für den Preis. Das einzig Schlimme ist, dass man seine Koffer nicht in der Unterkunft lassen kann, wenn man früher ankommt oder später abreist.

Will not consider it again. The only advantage is the close proximity to the train station and the centre. Otherwise, awful experience.

Very convenient and parking centre is very close and price is reasonable. Counter service is so nice. 😊

Amazing location and lovely hotel

I was here for 3 nights, paid about £40/night. I parked at the railway station about 3 minutes' walk away at £14 a day. The hotel has a small entrance next to Wetherspoons, so it is easily missed; rooms are above neighbouring units. The staff are very friendly and sorted my issue out connecting WiFi to 2 devices at once. Wifi worked reliably once connected, but you had to connect each time you came back in the room. I was given a very large family room (211) at the front (for just me). The sash windows opened for air, but the street outside is noisy. It’s a busy area and you can hear (glass) bins being collected about 5 am. The rooms at the back are smaller and darker but probably quieter. My room had plenty of storage and sockets by the bed. There was a bath with a shower over and a removable hose. Great location for shops, bars, tourism. I would stay here again.

Hotel is well located, Close to Railway Station and many restaurants and Bars. Shoppers paradise just a few metres away.

Extremely noisy, service door banging repeatedly from 4am. Complained TWICE to reception staff, had to get dressed and go down to reception. Got NO sleep and door STILL banging incessantly at 10am. Vagrant crashed out in the lobby, staff doing nothing to remove him, and as its key card entry after 10pm, how and why did he get in? Lift not working either. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A SLEEPLESS NIGHT. Staff are TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOTHING.

Banging door in service area kept me awake from 4am. Reported twice, staff took no action. Still banging at 10am. Lift not working. Vagrant asleep on bench in reception area overnight. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I took my disabled wife for two nights, when we arrived we were told the lift wasn’t working. Caused considerable stress and pain for my wife . This was just one of the problems . Room was totally grubby , bathroom damp spots dirty tiles , dirty toilet

Great location very close to Cardiff Central railway station and the bus station, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and the castle. Asked for a quiet room when I checked in.....and had the most disturbed night I can remember.....4am the Travelodge lorry turned up and offloading for 30 mins...trolley cases rumbling about and crashing and banging. Then buses running from about 7am, plus street cleaner machine, bottles from nearby bar being dumped and banging doors within the travel. Reception staff not very friendly or welcoming. Great value. Great location. Bit no bar cafe, lift not working and suspect this is a longstanding issue actually. Rooms cleaning, view of the bus station parking. Two Witherspoon pubs within 10 yards so not the worst place to stay.....but.....

I suppose for the cheap stay you get a not very clean and not very silent accommodation. We got only 2 towels for a family of 4, of which one was dirty. And the room had a strange smell. We could also hear what the neighbouring rooms were doing.

Our stay here has been great, the room was huge and the beds are super comfy. Amanda who checked us in was lovely. Although there was no hot water, this did not affect our stay, Amanda was working on this to try get it back on for everyone she’s been a star
