Beste Hotels mit Bar in Castle

Having paid £109 for the room and an additional £5 for parking I was expecting something a bit better than what we got. The staff on reception were lovely and very friendly, but the room was a bit tired and cold. We stayed in room 401, which was an end room on the 4th floor, which on first inspection seemed very nice. However, it soon became apparent that the air conditioning unit didn’t work, the windows were both broken so they couldn’t be opened and were leaking, the one radiator in the room was rusty and ineffective and there was signs of damp on the ceiling. I think for the price of the room these issues should have been fixed before we arrived. Had the price been lower I wouldn’t have minded but if you’re charging more than other places I think the standard should be higher.

Der Platz vor dem Hotel war im totalen Umbruch; die Pläne für die Neugestaltung sehen gut aus! Die unmittelbare Umgebung zeigt wirklich nichts her. Das Hotel wirkt etwas moderner, aber im Inneren mit nicht übersehbaren Alterungsspuren. Dennoch: Als Standort in Südwales für eine Gruppe Museumsbahn-Reisender war es eine ganz gute Wahl. Sehr freundliches Personal, recht gut ausgestattete Zimmer, zwar nur britisches (!) Frühstück, aber ordentliches Dinner machen dieses Hotel zu einer sehr guten Unterkunft, dies vor allem für Bahnreisende, weil der Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Das Hotelzimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sollten es haben, die Mitarbeiter sind enthusiastisch, die Leitung wird während des Aufenthalts oft gepflegt und müssen die Treppen gehen. Es gibt viele Hotelrestaurants nebenan, der Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Der Yachthafen ist weit entfernt. Insgesamt ist der Preis sehr hoch.

My elderly Father is originally from South Wales and has lived in the Midlands for over 60 years so decided to take him back to his homeland using various Premier Inns as stop overs. Our 2nd stop was at the Premier Inn, Waterfront, Swansea. Our waiter Andrew at the Beefeater was absolutely brilliant, even though he was working flat out, he was brilliant with my Dad, having the South Wales banter, my elderly Dad loved it, the service was brilliant, the staff work so hard. 11 out of 10 for Andrew, this bloke deserves a pay rise, he is a credit to your company.

Morgans Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing, & nothing is too.much trouble for them. Our room was large, well - appointed & had a very comfortable super king - sized bed. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order, & the range of food available for evening meals is of excellent quality. Parking is directly opposite the hotel, is secure, & has 2 EV charge points. As a base for exploring Swansea & the Gower Peninsula, Morgans Hotel is a delight & well worth a visit.
