We were attending a wedding in a local village and a group of us booked to stay at Locanda di CasalMustia, we all arrived on different days and at different times, i must add, we all arrived at unsociable times too! The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us and our 5 month old boy Jack. The food was fresh and in the local style, they provided a range of wines depending on characteristics and price. The rooms were a good size - ours was big enough for a king size bed and a travel cot to fit. Overall a fantastic stay and a big thank you to Andrea and Sofia for entertaining Jack for us. We will be back!

Bella struttura situata al centro del paese tutto è curato nei minimi particolari. Gestita veramente bene, personale cordiale ed accogliente. Non abbiamo mangiato, ma in compenso colazione ricca sia dolce che salata. Gestito a livello familiare i maniera impeccabile.

La habitación era muy acogedora y cómoda y estaba muy limpia. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien y el agua caliente igual. Los dueños muy simpáticos y amables, la comunicación fluida sobre la hora de llegada e informaciones claras sobre el uso del wifi y el desayuno. El sitio es idílico y fue un lugar perfecto para descansar en mitad de la ruta por la toscana.

Este es el peor hotel en el que hemos estado con diferencia. Nos tuvimos que marchar a las 7 de la mañana por sentirnos completamente inseguros. Nos estafaron de todas las formas posibles. No solo no lo recomiendo sino que insisto al gobierno italiano a cerrar este cuchitril en el que la ducha, el vater y el lavabo están en los mismos 80 cm. Para ducharte, tienes que sentarte en el WC y el olor que desprenden los desagües es completamente insalubre. No cumple las exigencias de salubridad mínimas internacionales. Además, el aire acondicionado que ofrecen te lo cobran a 20 €/noche a pesar de tenerlo incluido en la tarifa de la noche. En las habitaciones dobles la cama es de 1,20m de ancho y al estar en bajocubierta no se puede estar en verano habiendo subido la temperatura por encima de los 45ºC. El propietario que está ahí es tan borde que llegó a amenazarnos. Pasamos la noche pensando que iban a entrar a robarnos o a hacernos algo. Espero que cierren este sitio cuanto antes.

Sia la cena che il pernottamento sono andati benissimo. I piatti curati e gustosi, la camera accogliente e silenziosa (il borgo non è attraversato da macchine). L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Consiglio a tutti.

Non ha dato 5 stelle perché l’unica pecca è il bagno è molto piccolo. Per il resto la struttura è molto carina e accogliente, come anche i proprietari. Il borgo è delizioso e quasi fuori dal tempo. Consiglio soprattutto a chi volesse staccare la mente dal caos e dalla routine cittadina.

mi permetto di consigliare : il bagno della mia camera era insufficiente.....la colazione inesistente....e un televisore in camera ....non è molto ma essenziale. I ragazzi bravissimi ed ho mangiato bene. Grazie
