The Wells Cashiers

The room was spacious and comfortable. The private screened in porch was exceptional. The grounds were beautiful and serene with the lovely ponds and streams. The Wells is near shopping and dining. Especially enjoyed the Whiteside Brewery and Bucks Coffee Cafe, both a very short stroll from our room.

Big open room with amazing soft bed and sheets! The waterfall shower was also amazing! Loved the property! Right in the center of great shops and great restaurants. We walked right to Bucks coffee shop in the morning for an amazing s’mores latte! Can’t wait to go back!

If you are looking to spend a few days, or a long time in the most beautiful part of North Carolina, I strongly suggest you stay at the Wells Hotel in Cashiers. There, you will find the most hospitable staff one could think of. My room was incredibly comfortable, with modern designs. From the Wells Hotel, you can walk to Whiteside Brewing Company, a fantastic restaurant, and a food truck in the mornings for a great breakfast. Believe me, the Wells Cashiers is THE place to stay!

The Wells was like being in Heaven. Beautiful area with walking trails. We would definitely go back and visit. Close to restaurants and the downtown area. On a scale of 1-10, the Wells is a 10+. I wish all hotels were as excellent as the Wells. Bless the folks who manage and work there.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Wells and the hotel, service, staff… all of the above. My child and I stayed for Thursday night and Friday night as we evacuated our local home during hurricane Helene. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were not only comfortable, but also cared for like family. Our room was so comfortable that my son wants to come and stay once a month! We were safe & he was happy even when the cell signals and internet went down (which was to be expected). We only lost power for about four hours, which allowed us to keep our food cold that we had brought from home. A special word about Ava who was such a trooper and had walked over to take care of the hotel all day on Friday. She is the absolute best. I cannot imagine a harder-working or sweeter employee. Her positive attitude really helped us to stay calm in such a negative situation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Wells. Our room was clean and had excellent lighting. Both the bedroom and sitting area had large-screen TVs with YouTube TV available for local programming. The King bed was comfortable and came with four large pillows. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain shower head was quite lovely. Our room was equipped with a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Outside parking was a short walk to our room. Outside fire pits was quite an excellent addition. Finally, the the Whiteside Brewery next door was a short walk and offered an excellent limited menu. The Wells is centrally located to several shopping areas. I highly recommend staying at The Wells.
