- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

Es fühlt sich an, als wäre ich zurück in China, langjähriger Pflegeservice, bequemer Einrichtungen, auch der Sitz kann ohne Schnittstelle wechseln. Der Boss ist sehr enthusiastisch und kann auch eine leckere chinesische Mahlzeit essen. Das nächste Mal wird es Marokko bleiben und es lobenswert sein.

Restaurants und Bars im Hotel auf den 27 und 28 Etagen sind derzeit in Dekoration und sind nicht offen. Dies sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung angezeigt werden, weil ich glaube, dass viele Gäste Fotos von oberen Etagen betrachten, um dieses Hotel zu bestimmen. Die Zimmeranlagen sind wirklich etwas alt und müssen aktualisiert werden. Die wichtigsten Serviceeinrichtungen sind auf zwei Etagen, und unser Zimmer ist auf sechs Etagen. Das Hotel sagt, dass dieser Zimmertyp der höchste Etagen ist, und dass der Tag voller Zimmer ist, es gibt keine wechselbaren Zimmer. Die geografische Lage ist im Zentrum, zwei weiße, gelbe Zweittürme sind sehr schaukelhaft. Jeder weiß, dass der Bus zum Flughafen, ein großer weißer Taxi 300 Diram bezahlt wird; der Bus zum Meeresmoschei, ein kleiner roter Taxi, einige Uhren, nicht mehr als 30 Diram, zum Marokkanischen Mall, 50 Diram. Weil ich einen Tag lang einen großen Wind und eine Wüste fand, ging ich in die Mall für einen halben Tag und fühlte mich nicht fahren können... Zwischen den wichtigsten marokkanischen Städten ist es immer noch sehr bequem, mit dem Zug 🚞 zu fahren. Sie können die Agenten im Voraus kontaktieren, um Tickets zu kaufen. Die zweidimensionale Code der E-Mail kann mit dem Auto fahren. Sie müssen die Passnummer und den Namen angeben. Die meisten Taxis brauchen einen guten Preis, bevor Sie in den Bus gehen. Sie können um den Preis des Hotels bitten.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Schöne Kunstdeko-Elemente in der Architektur. Das Front Desk ließ uns großzügig am Mittag einchecken; ein großer Plus nach einem langen Flug und die Reise vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Gute Lage in Fußabstand vom zentralen Markt und dem Hafen. Diskotheken, Straßenbahnen und die Umgebung in der Nähe verursachen bis Mitternacht eine laute Umgebung. Die Flüge im Eingang lassen einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Das Bett ist akzeptabel, aber die Bänkküchen und Dekorationsbänder sind sehr schmutzig. Das Königsbett ist eigentlich zwei Doppelbetten zusammen gedrückt. Die Dusche leckt überall Wasser. Wir werden gesagt, dass das Wasser trinkbar ist, aber der Geschmack von Chlor ist sehr stark. Der Preis bei 385 MAD entspricht dem, was wir erhalten haben.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.
