- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich super fünf Sterne! Die jüngere Schwester und der Bruder an der Rezeption waren sehr begeistert. Das Zimmer entspricht einer kleinen Wohnung, der Raum ist groß genug und die Hygiene ist gut! Es ist viel stärker als viele Hotels in der Innenstadt von Casablanca, es ist sehr komfortabel, es gibt ein Wohnzimmer für zwei Personen, Burger King KFC im Erdgeschoss und McDonald's daneben ist sehr praktisch! Wirklich super Fünf-Sterne-Erfahrung

Für das Pferd kann man nicht kopieren, das ägyptische Hotel ist schlecht, dieses Hotel ist ok, empfehlen Sie es allen, die ägyptischen Attraktionen sind alte Zivilisationen, ich wünsche Ihnen Glück, liebe die Liebe

Casablanca hat das National Hotel in der ersten Station ausgewählt, weil es aus Ägypten kommt, muss man sich gut ausruhen und ein paar Pflegebedürfnisse aufrechterhalten. Einrichtungen: Das Hotel ist einfach sauber und die Lage ist auch gut. Dienst: Sehr gut, ich mag das chinesische Frühstück zu sehr, es gibt Reis, kleine Gerichte, Sichuan Meister ist ein guter Handwerker. Manchmal fühlen Sie sich wirklich, dass der Besitzer eines Restaurants oder Hotels im Ausland sehr gut ist, ein fremdes Land mit einer besonderen Nähe und einem viel Sicherheitsgefühl für die erste Person, die in dieses Land gekommen ist.

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Neues Hotel. ca. 15 Meilen vom Flughafen. Haben dort zweimal für unsere Reise (Kommen und verlassen Marokko) Rest der Familie, die am Tag vor ihrem Fliegen aus Casa verblieben, (das ist, wie sehr wir diesen Ort gefallen). Personal wird für Sie nach hinten bündeln. Zimmer sind gute Größe. 2nd Aufenthalt war in Suite b/c es war nur Zimmer übrig. Ausziehen des Bettes war ok, aber die wünschte Mattress war etwas dicker. Sonst sind die Betten ziemlich komfortabel. Empfehlen Sie, das Frühstück mit traditionellen marokkanischen Speisen und Omelettes zu bestellen.. Sehr schöner Größe Pool und Fitnessraum. Außerhalb des Hotels gibt es nicht viel zu gehen. Viele Bauarbeiten gehen voran, so wird sich das wahrscheinlich ändern. Unter dem Hotel ist Parkplatz. Sehr eng Eingang, um in die Garage zu kommen und raus. Wenn Sie ein kleines Auto haben - kein Problem, aber seien Sie vorsichtig - es ist eng. Würde hier wieder bleiben.

Positive: While we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were served with complementary fresh juice, and later on with Moroccan tea. The location is great because it is right next to a mall, so you have a lot of options to eat, shop and also an option for currency exchange. Taxis were readily available from the front of the hotel. It is also close to the train station, Casa Voyageurs. After we complained about the breakfast on our second day, the next day breakfast was good and back to normal. We could leave the luggage at the hotel on our checkout day. Staff was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. Special shout out goes to Ummaimah, Mariam, Fahad and Reeta. They also offered us complementary tea after we checked out and while we waited in the lobby. Negative: We had to wait 10-12 minutes before our room was ready, and this was already within the check-in timings (we arrived around 15:40). I would expect the room to be ready when I arrive. The breakfast experience at the second day was bad because we had to wait 20-25 minutes before we could eat anything as everything was finished (we arrived for breakfast at 09:45). Kitchen staff was either very less or too slow to meet the requirements of the guests, which were not many when we arrived. Whenever we made a request, it was entertained, but we had to chase them for it. Toiletries were below average.

Das Hotel ist nicht von hoher Qualität, ziemlich grundlegende, aber sauber und mit allen wesentlichen Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen, die man bei Übernachtung in einem Flughafen benötigt. Es ist vom Flughafen (ca. 1 km) zu Fuß gäbe, wenn Sie keine schweren Gepäck haben. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebus jede Stunde ab 5 Uhr, das ist kostenlos. Vorsicht mit Taxis, die Sie für eine 2-minütige Fahrt Dh 100 bezahlen, eine Abreise. Das Personal war freundlich und effizient. Das Restaurant ist OK. Es ist ziemlich ruhig, weil es sich in einem Geschäftsgewerbe befindet, aber die verrückten Hunde können Sie mit lauten Scharfschreien wachen. Das Hotel sollte etwas mit den lokalen Behörden anlegen, um die Verrücktenhunde zu verringern. Zum Wohle der Komfort würde ich wieder dorthin gehen.
