Dies ist eine sehr gemischte Bewertung. Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen schön und in der Geschichte steigend. Die öffentlichen Räume sind sehr schön und es gibt viele interessante Ecken, in denen sich entspannen können. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr angenehm. Wir haben jedoch ein Zimmer gebucht, das fast 250 Euro pro Nacht kostet, und wir haben keine Erfahrung mit einem höheren Zimmer genossen. Der Balkon Terrasse war schön, überblickte den Wald, aber trotz der Menge Zimmer gab es nur zwei aufrechte Stuhl da draußen. Ein Tisch und Sonnenunterkünfte hätten es so viel besser und komfortabel gemacht. Das Zimmer selbst war klein und dunkel, und das Badezimmer in der harten Notwendigkeit der Renovierung. Es gab einen großen Krack im Badegebiet und schwarze Marken im Bad, und alles war nur sehr müde. Deshalb fühlte es sich nicht sehr sauber. Die Betten waren mit sehr begeisterten Matratzen unkomfortabel, so dass wir nicht gut schliefen. Wir erwarteten viel mehr von einem solchen teuren Aufenthalt und dem Etikett ”Superior room”. Das war nicht eine fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis.

We had a great time during our 5 night stay at the Vila Gale Sintra. I’ll start with the pros of the resort. The property itself is beautiful. The pools, the scenery around the hotel are amazing. The family room layout was great for us. It was essentially what appeared to be what used to be two rooms combined into one. The large balcony was great for sitting out at night. The sunset was spectacular from our room. The kids activities were great as my kids got to enjoy the carousel, playground and trampoline park. Be aware though that they only open these at certain times throughout the day. The breakfast was great and had a ton of selections. There were a few cons, the first was the buffet dinner. It was quite expensive at 29 euros per person and the options werent great. They only really had one meat and one fish that they were cooking and there was a line to wait in if you wanted it. We only ate dinner there the first night. The room was partially refurbished. The carpet looked older and the sliding door within the room kept coming off the tracks. And the bathroom was a little odd in that the vanity was open to the rest of the room. So if someone needed to use the lights for it they would light potentially wake up the person in the room if they were sleeping. Then the WiFi, while it worked well for the most part, kept having to reconnect to the network. This happened on both my phone and iPad several times each day while I was there. The location of the hotel has its pluses and minuses. It is a quiet resort away from the city of Sintra. And it’s also located in a place that makes it easy to get to the beach and Colares. But there isn’t anything else right around the hotel so you need to rent a car or take an Uber to get around. We took and Uber and it did work pretty well. Nothing is within walking distance and the nearest bus stop is a 20-30 minute walk away.

Paguei 175€/noite por um quarto, com pequeno almoço incluído. O pequeno almoço não é nada de especial, mas tendo em conta o ambiente, foi um momento bem passado. Um bocado insólito pedirem a um hóspede que lave a loiça que gastou ao pequeno almoço quando está a pagar 175€/noite mas ao fim e ao cabo acabou por ser um episódio cómico que só acrescentou a uma experiência bem passada. A parte menos boa foi ter reservado um quarto com cama de casal que tinha uma barra de madeira no meio, e ou se dormia de um lado da cama ou do outro. Quando se cobra estes valores, há que ter cuidado com alguns detalhes gente! De resto, pessoal muito simpático e boa experiência no geral.

Die Bedingungen des Hotels gehören zur Standardkonfiguration des europäischen IBIS. Es ist etwa 8 km von den Hauptattraktionen von Sintra entfernt und eignet sich für Reisen mit dem Auto. Wenn Sie mit dem Zug anreisen, ist es auch sehr bequem, über 6 Euro zu fahren, um den Eingang des Pena-Palastes zu erreichen. Die Wasserbar im Erdgeschoss des Hotels sollte nicht zu komfortabel sein. Sie eignet sich sehr gut für ungezwungene Gespräche, wenn Sie müde sind. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage.

I went there from 14 until 16 of January and I had an amazing experience. This hotel is so good, calm, comfortable, perfect for a good couple moments, has a good food, cleaning, location from Sintra City with so many castles and medieval era places to know. And what I have to say about the staff? OMG! Everybody is wonderful hosts! I just have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all! Keep going this way I really wanna to come back as soon is possible :)

Wir kamen für 2 Nächte hier in Sintra und dieses B&B war fantastisch. Die Betten waren die komfortablesten Betten, die wir in einem Hotelzimmer hatten, das Zimmer wad tedy, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine Reihe von schönen Optionen. Die Brot und Croissants waren besonders gut. Der Service war ganz brillant. Wir kamen sehr spät (1am) aber wir fanden die Eincheckung super einfach dank Mariana. Insgesamt, ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Sehr empfohlen.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und geräumig mit schönem Blick. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, das Essen hatte gute Wahlen. Geschäftseinrichtungen waren gut, obwohl die Klimaanlage im Konferenzraum etwas leichter zu kontrollieren gewesen sein könnte. Das Hotel liegt in einem schönen Bereich, etwas von der Stadt entfernt.
