El hotel es excelente para familias y parejas. Tiene diversidad de juegos para los ninos. Tambien puedes usar las piscinas de torres del mar que es el hotel de al lado y pertenece a los mismos duenos. Tambien hay una infinity pool en el piso 10 de torres del mar, super recomendada. El servicio es espectacular, desde el personal del lobby, meseros, cocineros, jardineros. Fue una experiencia maravillosa.
Para la playa, el hotel provee sillas y parasoles pero se debe pagar una tarifa de 50.000 COP por dia por ello(12USD Aprox).
Todo muy limpio. Esta en un area tranquila de cartagena si lo que quieres es relajarte y disfrutar de las piscinas, el sol y la playa.
El desayuno estilo buffet tambien fue espectacular con amplias opciones de comida Colombiana y extranjera.
Sin duda volveria de nuevo.

The customer service is excellent. Everyone who interacted with us, helped with our questions and needs with a smile in their faces. We had a very good time during these 10 days in Cartagena.

So far we have stayed at the Hilton, the Sonesta and now at the hotel las Américas. Las Américas was by far the best. They have everything you need to just stay there and enjoy your time. But, if you decide to go anywhere into the city, transportation is easy to find and always friendly drivers. The only minus we found is that we booked a private tour of the city from the lobby. The gentleman who took us was nice and knew the area we'll. The issue was his car. The air conditioner hardly worked and I was pretty sure his clutch was going to fail at some point during the 4 hour your.

The property has a great location, and it has very good amenities for adults and kids. Restaurant staff is just the worst compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Had to talk to the staff manager. At certain point I heard another guest was told his order was not taken because he didn’t confirm he wanted to order. Hahaha. Crazy, they forgot and gave all sort of excuses. Sheets seemed dirty, later I fortunately noticed they were dirty.
