We spent five days here, and had an amazing experience. The accommodations were awesome, due to the owners. From the moment we arrived until we had to say goodbye, we felt like family. The breakfast was top notch, and I actually felt like we were visiting a bed and breakfast! I would highly recommend checking them out!! We will miss visiting with them, but certainly will return!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy a vacation. Dennis and Karina took care of all our needs plus some. Excellent breakfast every morning, never left hungry. Room was very clean and comfy and the bed was awesome. Can’t wait to get back and see our new friends.

Great place to stay! Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Dennis and Karina are so welcoming. The pool is great and an short (up hill on way back) walk to the peaceful beach. Sunsets (with a glass of wine) are unbelievable. The Esperanza has great AC. I could not get WiFi in the room but right outside the door, no problem. Was able to download a movie for night watching with kids. I would recommend this place to fiends and stay again!!

My wife and friends stayed here for my birthday in January. We can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is right next door to the Playa Carillo beach. The Owners Dennis and Karinna made us feel right at home the whole time. Dennis is a wonderful breakfast chef also! It does pay to get a car to drive a round here, the driving is not difficult at all.

Dennis and Karina make sure that you are not short of anything. It is a small-scale hotel and is located very close to the beautiful beach of Playa Carrillo, where you can lie very quietly on the pristine beach during the day and enjoy the beautiful sunset at night. It is especially not very touristy. You can look up the tourist in the neighboring Samara.

Estuvimos 10 días, fue una muy buena experiencia. Los dueños nos atendieron con mucha calidez, se preocuparon de sugerirnos tour, nos contactaron con taxi y transfer. El desayuno era muy rico y abundante. Es un pequeño hotel con habitaciones amplias, aire acondicionado, piscina y atención sobresaliente. Limpio y muy seguro, flanqueado por dos bueno restaurantes. Para regresar al mismo lugar!!!!
