"We stayed in casita no.1 and we are located next to the street and the front door to the hotel. The noise is the issue coming from with 4wheeler ATV and pick-up trucks constantly zig zagging and making a carnage of noise on the street adjacent to our bedroom from what a what peaceful setting this could have been! The other HUGE issue is the front door of the hotel LOUD SLAMMING from morning to late evening. We couldn’t use the hamac for relaxation as there’s no escaping the loudness banging as we are 10feet from door and road. The DOGS ´BARKING & HOWLING will drive you insane troughout the nite and early morning The DUST from the road makes it’s way into our casita no.1 This was an ordeal …. We asked to be moved but we’re told that they were full but I noticed new arrivals constantly. Otherwise…. In the other casitas , I’m sure it is better…. Loved the staff… the pool and proximity of everything around. Pura Vida ! Maybe not at casita no.1"

"Ventura Santa Teresa ist eine fantastische Unterkunft. Dieser Ort ist neu und sauber und sicher mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst. Das Personal hat alles getan, um mir zu helfen, schöne Strände und leckere Restaurants zu finden, und hat viele andere Fragen beantwortet. Sie haben mir geholfen, ein Quad mit Surfbrett zu mieten, das mir zum Hotel gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt wurde. Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, möchten Sie vielleicht ein Quad, um das nahe gelegene Mal País zu erkunden und am Strand von La Lora zu surfen. Kinderleicht! Es gibt einen schönen kleinen Pool im hinteren Bereich, in dem man ein Bad nehmen kann, und viele Orte, an denen man einfach abhängen kann. Die Lage ist fantastisch: in der Nähe vieler erstklassiger Restaurants, eines Mega-Supermarkts, des Strandes und wirklich allem, was man sonst noch braucht. Das Beste an Ventura Santa Teresa war das Zimmer! Alles ist neu und sauber. Ich bekam unerwartet ein Upgrade auf das Studio-Terrassenzimmer. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Tassen, Teller, Becher, Schüsseln usw.). Die Bettwäsche und das Bett waren so bequem und luxuriös. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte großartig. Mir gefielen die vielen Haken, an denen man alles aufhängen konnte, was vom Strand oder Regen nass geworden war. Es wurde ein Wäscheservice mit brandneuen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern angeboten. Das WLAN war stark und im Zimmer gab es ein WLAN-Google-Nest, das man scannen konnte, um sich zu verbinden. Die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft war ausgezeichnet. Ich lernte die Eigentümer kennen und erzählte ihnen, wie wundervoll ihr neu renoviertes Hotel ist. Sie ließen kein Detail aus! Ich hoffe, dass ich zurückkommen und länger bleiben kann! Danke, Ventura Santa Teresa."

"Dreamcatcher is a small hotel but very well located, with gentle and capable staff, our room was very spacious with two gigantic beds and a nice balcony. The garden is well maintained and could be "experienced" in the room through the balcony. The room, bathroom, pools and breakfast area were always clean and organized at any time of the day or night. The check in and check out processes were easy and fast, with the communication starting few days after the reservation through WhatsApp and emails. Actually anytime we needed we could use WhatsApp to reach out for support."

"Best kept secret in Santa Teresa! I stayed at the Horizon as a solo traveler and had the most amazing experience. The property is on a hilltop overlooking treetops and the Pacific Ocean. I tried everything at Horizon: amazing sunset vinyasa flow; incredible afternoon massages; the best shakshuka I have ever eaten and a perfect siesta at the pool after breakfast. And the best part is the people: the kindness, smiles and great conversation from some of the most interesting people I have ever met- the proprietors, Yoal, Gali and their talented sons (amazing musicians who perform Sat nights at Krooks). They hooked me up with surf instructors, transportation to airport and some of Yoals amazing cookies. Needless to say, I will be returning to Horizon for all of my Santa Teresa surfing/yoga trips."
