Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

披着樂高外衣的快捷酒店，但小朋友超級愛，外面都是可以玩兒的樂高，各種活動也很多。房間有上下鋪，拉開還能睡一個，實際可以住兩大三小。去樂高樂園不能更方便了！ 吃的還可以，不貴，有密碼箱，解鎖後送了兩包樂高玩具。總之就是適齡小朋友的天堂，大人不用抱太多期望，不是五星級酒店的設施。

來聖地亞哥第一晚入住，孩子們被濃濃樂高氛圍環繞，真是興奮不已疲勞困倦全消。裏裡外外整個設計構思巧妙，小朋友不僅大開眼界，還能實際感受各種難得的沉浸式體驗。假期好開端，贊！🌹😊

非常超出預期，但是住一天足矣

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Schlosshotel verbracht, alles war sehr gut, von der Aufmerksamkeit an der Rezeption bis zu dem Mann, der das Gepäck trägt, das Hotel ist erstaunlich und sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr beeindruckend dekoriert, wir haben lego in england besucht, das hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, aber das kalifornische hotel war noch erstaunlicher, wir haben es geliebt, von der sauberkeit der zimmer bis zum service in der lobby. hier möchte ich eine anerkennung an Jorge Ignacio aussprechen, ein sehr freundlicher mann, er hat meinen kindern lego-abzeichen gegeben und uns zur wäscherei gebracht, die wirklich etwas versteckt ist, aber von da an gab es einen großartigen service von diesem jungen mann und allen angestellten dieses wunderbaren hotels. Wir werden wiederkommen.

The worst hotel I've been to in years. The curtains were too small and didn't close the window, so we were in a glass case. The safe didn't work. There's a text message contact system instead of use whatdapp.. so if you don't have an active phone plan, you can't contact anyone. The TV didn't have the check-in activated even though I checked 24 hours in advance. We did the reservation for five, and there were beds ready for four. The welcome amenities were for four, not five. We have three children. We did a treasure hunt game to open the safe case, and there were prizes only for two. They have no attention to detail. The standards are truly very low. Terrible experience. I've stayed in Airbnbs that are much better than this attempted hotel.

Legoland never disappoints!! This is our 6th trip and 2nd one this year. No detail is left untouched. The customer service is amazing and our whole family enjoys everything about it. Be sure to ask the employees for Mr Gold - we actually got one this time!!!

We had such a magical time at the Legoland California Hotel! The lobby staff, especially Jorge and Jessica, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was beautifully decorated, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of each morning. The attention to detail and the friendly customer service made this a truly unforgettable experience. Five stars!

The experience at the Legoland California hotel was unique we loved our stay at this hotel, the stay was pleasant we had a good experience here. first of all I would like to recognize 2 employees who made a great time Isidora and Jorge from the Lobby, for their great treatment and kindness.

The customer service is first class, the proximity to the park and the hotel facilities are well thought out. The decor, the atmosphere, the buffet lines are perfect. This place is magical and very well priced. It's not cheap, but the value is spot on and we will definitely be back. Daily room service includes water, juice, new Lego toys... and the usual cleaning service. Jorge from Lobby made our morning by sharing a Space Baby with us, it was great for my daughter, very nice, congratulations for your great Job. The Legoland Hotel is right next to Legoland Park and the Castle Hotel. Guests have access to the Castle Hotel: laundry (free!), outdoor playground, screen cinema. Early access to the park was one of our favorite benefits.

This place was great at bringing the pirate feel to the room and tying it in with Legos, complete with Treasure in the safe after completing a treasure hunt through out the resort. Although the first night we discovered the thermostat in the room didn't work, the texting system they have in place went smoothly & staff responded in a timely fashion. The elevators are a big hit with disco ball, flashing lights and loud music piped in while it's moving between floors. Good luck resisting ye urge to dance while using it! A little bit on the pricey side but we'll worth it for the kids experience. The staff is mostly friendly, especially Jorge in the lobby. I greeted him in the hallway and he greeted me back. I chatted with him a bit, and during the conversation I asked him where I could get a blanket and a couple of waters, and he was kind enough to help me. That's commitment to the guest. But all in all, It's a GREAT hotel; not too crowded, fun events for the kids (and grown ups). Definitely will visit again.

We loved our stay at the Legoland Hotel. There is so much to do for the kids. Every night there was an outdoor movie, playgrounds, swimming pools, meet the characters, story time, a dance party every night, different restaurants, a dance party in the lift and of course LEGOS! We really enjoyed our Indiana Jones themed room and took advantage of all the activities and amenities the Legoland hotel had to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful a special thanks to Jorge Ignacio from the lobby very nice and friendly person does a good job here explaining us about the activities in the hotel. Everything was clean. A very fun place for kids.

We had a wonderful stay. Guest services was incredibly nice. The valet and Bellman name Eli was very kind and helpful. He gave us suggestions on places to eat and helped our children with the treasure hunt. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Interactive lobby, dance party elevators, theme rooms, nice heated pool, breakfast buffet included, friendly staff, lego character appearances, evening entertainment, safe in room with a daily lego surprise. Jorge from the lobby, the hero of the hotel, took us to check in in the morning for breakfast, he gave us one of his miniatures and he keeps the playground very clean for the kids to keep on playing. No cons, cleanliness is actually pretty good compared to most kid friendly places-- kids make everything messy. tip: order food delivery or go out to dinner. I ordered Starbucks in the morning, Cava for lunch & we had a great dinner at King's Fish House one night.
