Ich habe das Moxy für eine Übernachtung gewählt, weil es so nah am Flughafen Mailand Malpensa liegt. Ich kam sehr spät im Hotel an, gegen 22:00 Uhr, aber das Personal war freundlich und effizient und checkte mich schnell ein. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die einen frühen Flug haben.

Das Zimmer war unerwartet groß. . . Es gibt keine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. . Obwohl ich weiß, dass Wasser in Flaschen in Italien sehr wertvoll ist, aber es nicht einmal eine Flasche gibt und die Wasserbar des Hotels eine Flasche für 2 Euro verkauft, bin ich immer noch etwas verwirrt. Immerhin kostet dieses Hotel mehr als 150 Euro pro Jahr Nacht, und ich habe nicht die Aufrichtigkeit, eine Flasche Wasser hineinzustellen. Nun, an der Rezeption gibt es einen Leitfaden für den kostenlosen Flughafenbus. Suchen Sie nach „Case Nuove Bus Stop“. Suchen Sie nicht allein nach case nuove, sonst erhalten Sie die falsche Richtung. Fragen Sie mich nicht, woher ich das weiß

Der Weg von der Hotellobby zum Zimmer ist etwas weit; nach dem Auschecken wurde meine Kreditkarte zwei Tage später belastet, aber das Hotel schickte mir die Rechnung nicht per E-Mail, daher weiß ich nicht, was belastet wurde.

建議還是住機場內的飯店吧 這個飯店很新，設施還算是智能，床非常的高，蠻有趣的 這家也是少數有附礦泉水的飯店 飯店距離機場有五分鐘的車程 若從飯店叫車需5歐（T1)，若該時段滿了則需要付20歐（T1)叫taxi 綜合來說還是住機場內的飯店舒服

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Room 228 that I am currently in is nothing special, for $200 $AUD for 1 night which includes breakfast but not the airport shuttle is pricey. There is no roof in the walkway between the room and bathroom so you can hear quite loudly the aircon. It's raining tonight as well and it seems like the rain is in the room as there is no insulation blocking out the sounds. Bed is ok and quite hard. Front door cannot be locked from inside which is weird I kept checking to see that it wasn't opening

Wir sind von Florenz nach Deutschland zurückgefahren und haben eine Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstop gesucht. Dieses B&B Hotel war ideal in der Nähe der Autobahn. So konnten wir nach einem guten Frühstück sehr früh ohne die geringste Verzögerung durch den Gotthard-Tunnel nach Hause fahren.

Einfaches, sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel. Gute Anbindung an die A8 nach Mailand und Varese. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Kostenlose Parkgarage. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber gut. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir reisten mit Hund. Hierfür ist eine Gebühr von 15€/Nacht fällig. Absolute Empfehlung für die Durchreise oder als Startpunkt für Tagestouren nach Mailand/Varese/Lago Maggiore.

I was on business trip with two other guys. Paid 274€ for one night and I think it wayyyy too much. Nothing specail on this on. Located basicly middle of no where and once again, really over priced. Wahsing room sinks water tap did not work where its supposed to work. So it was close and if you used it...no water went away, because tap did not ope...I took the tap away... But more problematic and really bad thing is, that room door did not lock always. Sometimes you have to open and close it 10 times before it locked. Sometimes 6 times. I think first time I left the room unlocked... We came to hotel lqte evening and I did not want to start changing the room, so I ****** it up...but 274€ for a night ??? Ny buddy had problem with auto heting/cooling, no adjustmen working. Someone came and resetted/booted the heating/cooling system. Windows dirty, unable to take a pix for example from 9th floor.

Also: Man kann eigentlich nur alles in dem Hotel loben: 1. Reception/ Check-in/ Concierge: Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal 2. Zimmer: Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See, gross und komfortabel, sehr sauber 3. Aussenbereich: Schöner Barbereich, sensationeller Restaurantteil 4. Essen: Klasse 5. Covid: Hervorragend organisiert und professionell durchgeführt 6. Frühstück: Wegen Covid etwas eingeschränkt, aber trotzdem Klasse und vielfältig (gegenüber früher auch guten Kaffe!!)
