Terrible experience, don’t EVER book there! At night it’s a self check in and if the computer doesn’t work well you’ll be left outside in the middle of the night. And then when you call them to get a refund they call you a liar telling you that the system works. My 55 year old mom was left there and I had to book another room in another hotel from a distance in the middle of the night. I never leave negative comments but this is a total shame! Worst experience I’ve ever had in the service industry

I am utterly shocked by the state of this hotel. I would like to remind all travellers that budget does not mean unclean, mouldy and noisy. Not only can I currently hear two guests arguing in their room three rooms down, but this room is awful. The shower curtain is mouldy, there are mysterious stains on the bed frame and pillows, brown stains on the carpets. The blanket provided in the cupboard is torn and about 70 years old. There is an old sheet on the bed with one pillow each that's flat as a pancake and stiff as a board. There is a cupboard filled with rubbish and crumbs from a previous guest, the bin has not been emptied either from the previous guest. Turned on the air con and the biggest smell of farts wafted out of it so turned it straight back off. Bed is like a brick and there's only a thin sheet and old thin blanket. It doesn't feel clean, I do not feel settled, I know I'll barely sleep, I want to leave but we have no choice but to stay. There's cobwebs across the lights. Other guests are loud and rude all night. Will I sleep? No.

Filthy stains everywhere on the carpet on the bed on the walls, mold in the shower and holes in the tiles, dates trashed furnishings, ancient rock hard lumpy mattress and pillows and only 1 flat pillow per person, rubbish still in bins from previous guests, both bathroom and bedroom and no bin liners, rubbish in cupboards ripped blanket, no duvet, disgusting old shower curtain, marks and holes in walls. Utterly disgusted and insulted by the lack of care and cleanliness avoid at all costs would not return if you paid me, the worst end to a lovely trip.

Un incubo: abbiamo fissato una camera per trascorrere qualche ora notturna prima di andare in aeroporto. Premesso che per andare alla camera tocca fare un percorso assurdo nel quale bel mezzo si trova un roso ad alberello le cui spine sono difficilmente eludibili, una volta arrivati in camera non può non balzare agli occhi la dilagante umidità che rende l'ambiente assolutamente insalubre e difficilmente compatibile con le benché minime necessità si un essere umano. Ma, per assurdo, c'è anche di peggio: il materasso del letto ... una cosa incredibile, peggio che dormire sul pavimento! Mai sentito niente di più scomodo! Completa il quadretto un letto fatto in ferro (compresa la parte su cui appoggia il materasso) che, senza voler esagerare (e lo si può vedere chiaramente dalle foto che posto) è almeno 15.cm più largo materasso stesso!! Insomma, per quanto ci riguarda, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio per le condizioni generali di una camera che non è degna di tale nome. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza con l'aeroporto Malpensa (alle 4 del mattino circa 10 minuti di macchina). Per tutto il resto, pur comprendendo che trattasi di una struttura a 2 stelle, abbiamo trovato la camera assegnataci assolutamente pessima.

La nostra esperienza all’Hotel Ascot è stata profondamente deludente. La camera 102 al primo piano presentava numerosi disagi che hanno reso il soggiorno insostenibile: • Odore insopportabile di fumo: Nonostante fosse chiaramente indicato su Booking che le camere sono per non fumatori, la stanza era impregnata di un odore di fumo talmente intenso da renderla invivibile. • Sensore di fumo manomesso: Il rilevatore era coperto con una bustina o un fazzoletto, un gesto irresponsabile che mette a rischio la sicurezza degli ospiti. • Pulizia inesistente: Sotto le lenzuola e il copriletto c’era una vistosa macchia di urina. La stanza era inoltre invasa da ragnatele negli angoli, insetti morti schiacciati sulle pareti e capelli sparsi ovunque, un chiaro segno di scarsa igiene e totale mancanza di cura. Fortunatamente, ci siamo fermati solo per poche ore in attesa del volo, ma soggiornare in simili condizioni è stato inaccettabile. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel per la totale assenza di standard minimi di pulizia e sicurezza.

La nostra esperienza presso l’Hotel Ascot è stata assolutamente deludente. La camera 102 al primo piano è un concentrato di disagi: • Puzza di fumo insopportabile: Nonostante su Booking fosse chiaramente specificato che le stanze sono non fumatori, la camera era impregnata di un odore di fumo così forte da renderla invivibile. • Sensore di fumo manomesso: Il sensore di fumo era coperto con una bustina o un fazzoletto, un gesto irresponsabile che compromette la sicurezza degli ospiti. • Pulizia inesistente: Il letto aveva una vistosa macchia di urina nascosta sotto le lenzuola e il copriletto. Inoltre, c’erano ragnatele in tutti gli angoli della stanza e insetti morti schiacciati sulle pareti, capelli sparsi ovunque, segno di una totale mancanza di cura e igiene. Per fortuna siamo rimasti solo poche ore in attesa di partire per l’aeroporto, ma soggiornare in queste condizioni è stato inaccettabile. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Albergo pulito e a buon prezzo , decisamente demodé, ma perfetto per la sua vicinanza all'areoporto di Malpensa. In zona tranquilla ha un discreto parcheggio libero prospiciente. Dopo le 19 il check-in si fa online ( sono precisi nel mandarti avvisi col link) o tramite portale elettronico nella reception. Le camere sono ampie ed essenziali anche se potrebbe esser utile un rinnovamento della mobilia e dei bagni ma la qualità del sonno è garantita. Perfetto per una notte senza pretese.
