Ich war im September 2019,beim Ankunftstag haben wir in ein kleines Zimmer gestellt, mein Gepäck ist nicht ins Zimmer gekommen,die Dusche ist nicht heiß und der Geruch von Mopho ist absurd,Ich ging in die Rezeption klagen und erzählte mir, dass erst am nächsten Tag auswechseln könnte Zimmer,Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer mit einem anderen viel besser und geräumig ausgetauscht. Aufmerksamkeit: Verbesserung des Frühstücks,Wechseln Sie die Gerichte für weiße Gerichte, die Synonym für Reinigung ist,Verbessern Sie die Optionen für das Frühstück. Die Kühle müssen auf dem Tisch bleiben und nicht im Eis, das fand ich merkwürdig. Positiv:Der Pool ist ausgezeichnet, riesig,schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett.

Der Platz ist nett, hat Klimaanlage, das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, alle Zimmer haben Aussicht auf das Meer, im Badezimmer ist Trockner, der Pool hat Erwachsene und Kinder und verfügt über Spaghetti und Ballen zu spielen, wie ich in April, ich fand das Wasser ein bisschen kalt, es wäre schön, wenn sie in dieser kalten Zeit das Wasser erhitzen, wir könnten mehr genießen, in der Nähe hat ein Kinder- und Haustierraum, ohne zu sagen, dass er einen Glas mit Tafeln, Schalen und Mikrowellen, Was ich für sensationell hielt, hat Sauna, Massageraum. Und sie bieten auch Stühle, Sonnenschutz und Handtücher, um uns zum Strand zu bringen. Frühstück ist sehr grundlegende. Ich fand das Restaurant sehr teuer, es ist nicht stolz, dass es leer war, wenn die Preise niedriger wären alle Gäste dort essen würden, aber leider benutzen wir andere Restaurants und Lieferungen. Parkplatz liegt hinter dem Hotel. Das WiFi in den Zimmern funktioniert praktisch nicht, die besten Orte zu benutzen und im Pool und Balkon. Die Personalservice ist ok. Der Strand vor dem Tiefen ist nicht sehr gut, weil es sich um einen Tombo-Strand handelt.

For the amount of money they charge. the service must be top notch. My family and I felt that they were not a customer-oriented hotel. Small things turned into big headaches. * WIFI did not work on my bedroom when I called the front desk to complain, they told me that I should work from the lobby and that the internet was poor in my room. * We were in Ilhabela for a wedding party and 9AM (on a SUNDAY) on the day after the wedding, we were woken up by the staff for room service. They placed us on the farthest room in the complex in the middle of a construction zone. We were disturbed my the sound of a drill one morning as well due to the construction. * All remote controls did not have batteries. We had to physically go to the lobby and request batteries. Staff had a bowl with a bunch of used batteries and I had to ”fish” for the ”good” batteries. Staff was not friendly. * They pull a scam to charge R$5 reais per 1 beach towel. The hotel should just increase the daily rate by R$5 and make sure that you threat your customer with more than 1 towel per guest per day. We go there to relax and not worry about such ”small” things. We had a boat tour and when we can back, after a all day event, we could not get a fresh towel to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. Staff was very rude, inflexible, and gave my family a huge headache charging USD $4 for 4 towels. At the end, I fought very hard and fees were voided. For someone on vacation, this is totally not necessary. * Breakfast buffet was nothing much different than an average hotel. Again, for the price, I would expect much more.

It has a nice location, close to the historic center, restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms are basic but cozy, it is nothing fancy. We were out in tours so we spent little time in the hotel, we only came to sleep. The breakfasts are normal and the interesting thing is to try the local food, it was good too. Loved the natural orange juices!

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, in der Nähe des historischen Zentrums, aber ruhig. Auch wenn Sie in einem Standardzimmer geblieben sind, war es sehr komfortabel. Alle sehr erfahrenen und leistungsfähigen Mitarbeiter. Sehr guter Pool. Restaurant mit leckeren Gerichten. Durch die direkte Buchung mit dem Hotel, wir , bieten die halbe Pension Option, die nur sehr wert ist. Kleiner Punkt für Verbesserung': Es sollte eine Dusche in der Nähe des Parkplatzes geben.
