Piazzetta Diefenbach

Superficially, this boutique hotel was nice. It lacked bones, though. The placement was superb, or so we thought, but we didn’t sleep a wink. It is not very well sound-proofed and we were kept up by bus horns and trash collection into the early hours of morning. At 3a.m, the sounds outside were so loud that I longed for earplugs. We also had a few misleading queues from the hotel staff, and while they led us to believe they would help us get off the island with impending weather, they denied to help us the minute our check-out time was up, despite assurances.

. Absolutely blown away by the hospitality shown to myself and my husband. We were only staying there for the one night and I was not expecting to be treated so kindly by you and all your staff. We were emailed the day before with some tips and advice on how to get to the hotel which were so helpful.  And also asking if we had an eta so if the could arrange they would have the room ready for us. The hotel is a boutique hotel . Decorated so tastefully.  Absolutely spotless. Even the aroma was so inviting. Maria greeted us with some very refreshing lemonade. They also had got our room ready which was prior to the standard check in time And whoa .... what a room..  the decor ,the attention to detail. Every little thing. Perfection. And that was all without the spectacular view. Amazing. The location is so cental. The bus station is just across the street so perfect for exploring amd the funicularis only  60 metres away. The kindness and professional shown to us from start to finish will never be forgotten We were very spoiled with a  handwritten note welcoming us and congratulating us on the celebration of our 10 th wedding Anniversary That personal touch by Ludouice and the gifts and treats left for us we very much  enjoyed on that day and the memories will be treasured forever. Very comfortable and clean. The staff (Ludovica, Satsuki, and Maria) went above and beyond - from helping us secure reservations ahead of time for beach clubs and restaurants, to giving us recommendations on where to go. The breakfasts were very good (thank you to Pietro) and the view from our room and the breakfast area was exceptional. The hotel is in a very good location in the center of the main piazzetta, near to shops and restaurants.

A pochi passi dalla rinomata “piazzetta”, questo delizioso boutique hotel offre spaziose camere affacciate sul mare ed arredate con gusto. Oltre al comfort e all’estetica, va segnalata la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale. Ottima la colazione servita sul terrazzino panoramico della struttura.

O hotel tem uma excelente localizacao , os quartos são super novos , amplos e lindos !! O ponto fraco é o café da manhã que é muito simples pelo valor cobrado ! Tudo no hotel é muito novo , muito limpo e muito moderno ! Fica a poucos metros de tudo…..
