Bereits zum 2. Mal haben wir dieses Hotel besucht, das erste Mal während der Pandemie unter erschwerten Bedingungen. Jetzt 4 Jahre später konnten wir dieses Hotel im normalen Betrieb geniessen. Was uns bei der Einrichtung aufgefallen ist, dass viel investiert wurde. Die Zimmertechnologie wurde ausgetauscht, der Pool und das Restaurant wurden renoviert. Das Hotel ist weitläufig und grösszügig. Es ist ein richtiges Grand Hotel mit einen tollen Garten, eine Oase. Diese Grösszügigkeit beim Raum ist ein angenehmer Kontrast zur Enge auf der Insel Capri. Es ist jedes Mal angenehm, wenn man von den hektischen Strassen zurück kommt. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist von höchster Qualität. Ich glaube da findet jeder etwas passendes, dass man für gewisse Eierspeisen noch einen Mehrpreis verlangt finde ich unnötig. Gefallen hat uns aber die perfekte Sauberkeit und der tadelose Zustand des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die anderen Luxushotels auf Capri mögen vielleicht moderner oder cooler sein, aber ihnen fehlt der Raum, die Ruhe und die Grandezza.

Quisisana ist einfach Weltklasse… Hier stimmt alles - Service ist unglaublich, alles läuft schnell, diskret und perfekt , Mann fühlt sich nie gestört - eben Weltniveau…Frühstück ist ein Traum und Restaurant La Colombaia ein Genus für alle Gaumenfreude, Weinkarte- da fehlen einfach die Worte…

Ein klassisches Grand Hotel! Mitten in Capri gelegen, ein Klassiker. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig, wer steigt gern bei solchen Zimmerpreisen zum Duschen in die Wanne. Pool hervorragend mit sehr gutem Service, Frühstück sehr lecker. Nicht vergessen: Ab 18 Uhr auf der Terrasse den Princess trinken. Dolce Vita!

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit einem super Ausblick auf den Garten, Pool und Meer. Sehr ruhig, sehr leise Klimaanlage. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausreichend, alles sehr frisch und regional!

The Gand Hotel Quisisana remains the epitome of Italian luxury. While many hotels have slipped into the sad depths of corporate mediocrity, this family run hotel shines and invokes memories and warm feelings of a bygone age of personalized hospitality. The hotel is stunning in its beauty, the staff is amazing, the food delicious and facilities are great. An absolute must stay for anyone who understands and appreciates luxury.

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Quisisana. The rooms were stunning. The service was just outstanding. The concierge, Marco was our favourite although the entire team was so obliging. The bar staff were so gracious. Everything was beautiful. Nice fluffy towels and bath robes; amazing room with a beautiful, large balcony; beautiful breakfast; lovely pool area; exquisite hotel. Fabulous location - so central. The only things we would flag as opportunities: 1. When you staying at a hotel of this standard, we were surprised that eggs were additional. I would increase the price slightly to include this and make it a better experience. But not an issue. We lived our breakfast. Lots of variety and so many options. 2. The head guy at the pool area who was training the junior watched us struggle with the umbrella. Just stood there waiting for the junior to come help us. He didn’t.. so the head guy continued to just watch us. He was the only person to let the experience down. I understand that you’re training someone but I think customer experience should come first. He needs training himself. Outside of this, I think Quisisana is amazing. Highly recommend!!

The Quisisana is a beautiful hotel in central Capri. We stopped here for a drink with the sunset and had a fabulous time. The staff were welcoming and cheerful and the drinks were fantastic - the best negroni of my trip through the west of italy! We were also generously served fantastic nibbles as well as canapes coming round every 30 mins or so. 10/10, had a lovely time - a must go to for a drink outside. Thank you!

The hotel is the best location on the island. The beds are extremely comfortable. The facility is breathtaking. The staff is the best staff of any hotel. I’ve stayed at in Europe and the food is a 10. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Capri. We have been coming for over 30 years and this is always our hotel of choice.

This is the BEST Hotel in Capri!!! Check-in is always very easy and the staff do all they can to accommodate you. The Concierges are the Best! Antonio, Gianluca, Antonio, Andrea, Luca and Marco are so helpful for anything that you need! The Pool is the Best! The restaurant Colombaia is wonderful! Great food and great atmosphere. The Quisi Bar is the BEST bar on the Island. Cristiano always makes sure we have great service. This bar is a must for people watching. The Best part of the hotel is the team. From our Housekeeper to the Owners, we could not be treated more like family. The Team has members who have worked at the hotel for 10, 20, 30 years and more. Every time we have visited we love to see the same friendly faces.
