Enjoyed my stay and they really have some good food.

Bar - tolle Aussicht - nette Bedienung. Wir kamen für einen Drink und Dessert und hatten eine gute Zeit. Bistro - haben wir für den gleichen Abend reserviert - wir kommen Seit Jahren zum Essen hierher und wir lieben die Prawns mit Buttersauce Sie stehen nicht in der Karte Wir kommen wieder

Wir hatten ein Package gebucht, Hubschrauberflug, Sushi und Champagner… Umsonst zur Hubschrauberbase gefahren, (wegen schlechter Sicht gecancelt) dann auf eigene Kosten zum Hotel… 12 eher schlechte Sushi gegessen, der Champagner war gut, Bedienung schlecht ausgebildet. Für ein so angepriesenes 5Sterne Hotel erwarte ich auch ausgebildetes Personal….. Für mich ein Flop auf meiner Liste…. Kein Wohlfühlmoment ist aufgekommen

Wir kennen das Restaurant Azure schon seit 2008. Man kann dort sehr gut essen. Es gibt viele Kellner und der Service ist gut. Wir bestellten aus der "Fine Dining" Karte eine andere wurde uns auch nicht gezeigt, und dann fragte ich, warum auf der Terrasse Burger und Pommes serviert werden.... ja, es gibt auch die Möglichkeit aus der Bistro Karte zu bestellen. Das fanden wir nicht gelungen. Trotzdem haben wir sehr gut gegessen.

Die Klientel ist überwiegend 2 Tage Im Hotel, entsprechend ist das Tohuwabohu und die Wartezeit am viel zu kleinen Empfang. Da nützt auch die oberflächliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter nichts. Überhaupt ist das Hotel voll mit Mitarbeitern, die völlig konzeptlos, scheinbar ohne Organisation und oft entsprechend überfordert handeln, z.B. es wird weggedrückt, wenn man die Rezeption anruft. Das betrifft auch die Restaurants und Housekeeping. Das Haus selbst ist beträchlich in die Jahre gekommen. Patina, altes, abgewohntes Mobiliar sind Standart, auch in den Restaurants und Zimmern. Unsere Klimaanlage war defekt, brummte im Minutentakt und wurde trotz Beschwerde weder behoben noch ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Der Ersatz von Kaffee und Tee für die Zimmerausstattung fand erratisch statt, ebenso der Ersatz von Handtüchern. Servicemitarbeiter unterhalten sich, auch abends und frühmorgens in den Gängen und knallen die Türen. Im Hauptrestaurant redet das Personal laut andauernd miteinander. Das Essen in den Restaurants war bemüht gehobener Standart, leider aber nur bemüht. Einzig mit den Steakgerichten kann geglänzt werden, das ist aber für den Standart zu wenig. Beim Frühstück geht es ähnlich zu, bei voller Belegung nur noch verdünnter Orangensaft.

Super Lage, Essen ist auch köstlich, waren in beiden Restaurants. Bedienung und Service sehr zuvorkommend. saubere Zimmer und auch der Außenbereich sehr gepflegt. Besonders zu betonen ist der Shuttle Service nach Camps Bay oder zur Waterfront, obwohl wir mit dem Auto dort waren nutzen wir es fast täglich, zudem ist der Fahrer Lulu einfach super, er hat uns viele Tips gegeben (essen, Aktivitäten,etc.)

Great getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From arrival, morning walks, afternoon drinks by the pool, and evening dinners; we loved every minute. Thanks to the staff for making us feel special. This hotel has so much to do and next time we will make more time for the walks in and around the hotel, and the spa. The heated pool with fantastic sunsets is a must.

we had an absolute great time and out waiter was so accommodating and kind. She took us through the menu, asked us if we still fine, offered great assistance where asked and needed. I am pleased and really warmed by Yonela who was our waiter.

This place is amazing! We went for the high tea during our honeymoon and the ambiance was top notch. We were seated with an incredible view and the service (Sikelala) was so attentive and kind. She made sure we felt special and taken care of the entire experience. We loved the food and the drinks we tasted. We highly recommend for a relaxing and beautiful afternoon!

An amazing High Tea .. from arrival to leaving we were spoilt with views to die for, weather par excellence, polite service, guidance and attention to detail. Our hostess, Rati was attentive, informative and most helpful. A wonderful experience to celebrate a special 43rd wedding anniversary.

I recently visited this wonderful spa and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and inviting. The spa strikes the perfect balance of being cosy and spacious at the same time, creating a tranquil environment that immediately helps you disconnect from the outside world. I opted for a 90-minute deep muscle massage with Fatima, who was both pleasant and highly professional. She really knew her craft, and the massage was deeply relaxing and effective. By the end, I felt incredibly rejuvenated and tension-free – the perfect antidote to everyday stress. The facilities are excellent, with a plunge pool and jacuzzi that are ideal for extending the relaxation. Everything is thoughtfully provided, including soft robes, slippers, and towels. The location is simply stunning – overlooking the sea, with beautiful views that enhance the peaceful vibe. After the treatment, they offer complimentary refreshments, which was a lovely touch. The staff throughout were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel personal and cared for. This is easily one of the best spas I’ve visited. Whether you’re looking for a serious unwind session or just a break from the busyness of life, I highly recommend it. I will definitely be returning soon!
