GGastnutzerThe hotel rooms were excellent- and front end check in were professional, helpful, and friendly.
My only issue was your breakfast area where there needs to be a dedicated person on duty in the finning area to be helpful to guests who were having trouble operating some of the equipment.
As well as on site in finning area to restock empty items as some areas were slow to be refilled.

GGastnutzerHabe eine tolle Erfahrung hier. Zimmer waren sauber und nett zu bleiben. Ich kam mit einem Kühlschrank. Einchecken war schnell. Das Frühstück war typisch für Getreide, Muffins, Waffeln, Saft und Kaffee. Eggs und Bacon auch. Einchecken war schnell und effizient. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn Sie die Fähre aus dem Oaks Bluff nehmen.

GGastnutzerOverall, I was satisfied with my stay at Sunbird Resort and Hotel. I’m not too familiar with their other location which is adjacent to the main hotel called Sunbird Annex. The continental breakfast was nice, clean, and things were replenished for the most part. Fruits, different juices, pastries, eggs, sausages, and coffee. Although the scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausages seem to all come from a bag that was microwaved, but what more can you ask for? It was tasty, clean, and enough to feed everyone.
I read from other reviews that a s’mores kit was available for kids but was told they only provide the lighter and propane. Not a big issue, but definitely a plus if it was available as advertised. Shuttle buses and night time movies were nowhere to be seen, but I did not ask about those so I can not really speak to that.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was responsive. The room was cleaned daily and no issues with cleanliness. The room was definitely not a Hilton, bathroom could use an update. Again, for the most part it met my needs and my little kid had a blast.

RRatelWeekend qet weg für 3 Tage mit meinem Mann wollen wir einfach entspannen und genießen Sie die heiße Tube und Pool und haben einige ruhige Zeit , die einzigen Beschwerden, die ich hatte war ein paar Kinder laufen rund um, machen einige Lärme wissen nicht, wo war die Erwachsenen überwacht dort Kinder. War laut @ 1 am bis 2 am konnte ich nicht schlafen. War sehr anointed & de respektvoll für die andere hier im Hotel verblieben. Ich habe nicht die Verwaltung angerufen, ich sollte aber ich nicht. Oder und Kinder machten so viel Mist im Hallway Müll war unglaublich.

EEllebelleVery conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you.
